We had two men and a woman come to load a dining room set. They did a fantastic job wrapping the furniture and loading it into the moving truck. I tipped in cash upon completion of the job. They seemed very appreciative.

Helpers of God was very efficient. We had things that needed to come off the truck and things that needed to stay to be taken to the storage unit. They were able to unload a 26’ truck at 2 locations in exactly 2 hours. Will definitely use them again.

This was by far the worse experience ever. It started with them being over an hour late. I had pads for them to wrap the furniture and they barely used them. Not only did I end up with broken furniture, the walls were left with huge gashes in them. I found them taking frequent breaks sitting on my furniture no less, and then when they ran out of time, I was charged double the initial rate I was charged for them to complete the job for additional hours. I will never use these people again nor would I ever recommend them for anything. They deserve 0 stars for the horrible work they did!!!!

Thank you, Juan and Vlad! These young men did an absolutely amazing job. They packed the moving truck like a real-life game of Tetris, making sure everything fit securely and was handled with care. They were hardworking, respectful, efficient, and professional from start to finish. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better moving crew and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Helpers were super communicative, efficient, careful, and spoke both Spanish and English. They helped me move my 1 bedroom apartment from my truck and trailer, up to the fourth floor, and positioned everything in my new place. They even brought their own moving equipment to help too!

Movers were 45 minutes late to scheduled appointment. Movers did not speak very good english, increasing the amount of time it took for the total move due to communication barrier. Movers gave pushback to buyers requests to where boxes would go and called his boss to complain but was unable to understand due to language barrier, gave sense of uncomfortability. I helped with move due to weight of belongings.

Juan was on time, second mover was 1 hour late and consistently on his phone. Did not complete loading before leaving. Neither mover spoke English. Additionally the movers did not know how to load the truck, I had to show them how to use the appliance dolly then I had to pack the truck.

I only gave three stars for the communication because the language barrier other than that beautiful job like done a great job got it done fast as they could with what I had and very nice and I will use you guys again and recommend to others.

Would NOT recommend. Showed up 10 min late and went downhill from there. Seemed to have ZERO experience loading a moving truck. They were slow, on their phones CONSTANTLY. We had to go find them repeatedly and would be in truck or sitting on phones. Politely asked we needed to move more quickly bc we were unable to lift things and had to be out of house that day. No English speaking. A hour into job they showed me on Google Translate they had an emergency and couldn’t stay. I refused to accept this, we had zero alternatives to get moved. We ended up coming to an agreement, but overall VERY stressful. Would NOT recommend these 2 particular movers and would let the owner Mauricio know (I had to speak w him on phone briefly) -he needs to train his people to lift, load and work timely and efficiently. Zero out of 10 rating .

They were friendly and helpful but they didn’t listen when I asked them to carry my couch through the front door instead of the back door. The back door is narrower and now the metal frame around it is bent and missing paint due to the couch being forced through. The couch is also damaged from sliding along the brick around the back door. Is there a damage claim process you can direct me to? The main contact who coordinated the movers over the phone was very helpful and quick to reply. When the movers disappeared mid-trip to the new house, the phone contact was very quick to get in touch with them and get them to the correct address. I was told one of their phones had died and they got a flat tire.

They were late. They drug my white couch across my garage. They kept trying to use a hand truck on my furniture after telling them no. I made them leave early so my furniture wouldn’t be broken. Will not use them again.

They broke the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom and then hid under the mattress in the primary with out saying a word. They were hyper unorganized and did not seem to be experienced.We were very dissatisfied with their services

The movers was supposed to come at 2pm. One person came at 3pm and second person came at 4 pm. There service is horrible damaged my multiple furniture. Me my friend and my son had to help to move the furniture. I would never recommend them to anyone. I have lost $5k of furniture because of damages from there people.i need to know how I can file for claims before going to court.

My leather chair was broken, they dinged the walls in more than one place. They should bring moving equipment such as dollies or cordless screw drivers to put things together faster. They were very polite and friendly. Overall did a good job. Thank you.

The movers were wonderful! Very supportive and helpful with directions for gettting the moving truck in the right spot for loading. Very friendly and easy going. They were enjoying themselves and had a positive attitude. My only feedback is they dropped items more than 5 times and our chest, table and entertainment center have chips of the wood damages but we aren’t fretting over it. Just may be a concern for others. They were very good at problem solving. We were clocking how well they managed the couch out the door and into the door of the other apartment. We absolutely recommend them and would use this company again. Thanks for getting us moved! We tipped movers in cash.

I hired movers through the U-Haul's Moving Help for over a dozen moves. This was the worst move I've ever had. Summary - - Oscar & Leonardo arrived late then stood around until the truck arrived (could have brought items outside). - Leonardo stayed in the truck to pack it while Oscar kept asking me and my friends to help carry items. Furniture was brought down poorly so every piece is now dinged and scraped. Items inside shifted enough to fall out of the drawers. - only one moving blanket used despite being asked to wrap all furniture. - I went over time & their manager was saying to book additional time on the U-Haul site but he couldn't tell me how to do that. - Had to pay for an extra hour through Zelle (the guys were brazen and asked for a tip which I gave them because I needed them to move heavy items - kind of felt blackmailed). - Significant language barrier not forewarned. This was highly inefficient and poor service. I'm overall disappointed and very dissatisfied.

Hired for loading and unloading. They never unloaded. Contact with the office only available by text. Requested a refund but never received it. After loading the man asked for a code. I gave it thinking another code would come after unloading. Apparently I was wrong. If you use them NEVER give code until end of job. Lesson learned. The worst was being reprimanded by text from the company and suggesting that they might come back IF we offer a tip. The beginning was great, the end wasn’t. Movinghelp.com customer service was no help. Apparently I can’t recover my loss but I can warn others that may be unfamiliar with the code process.

They were the worst moving helpers I have worked with. They were so unprofessional, no uniforms nothing, cannot speak English, no communication at all, very slow, did not know what to do, I had to do all the work and heavy letting, because you guys send me a lady as a helper, that she barely could move. Because of them it took me too long that I had to pay another hour for them to finish the job. I would see I am so disappointed and annoyed and exhausted with their service. I need a form of reimbursement.

I pd for 2 helpers for 2 hrs. Guy shows up with his son and wife. They were moving EXTREMELY slow, packed my truck very sloppy. Busted my couch. When the 2hrs was up I tried to extend 1 hr he told me it would be double what I was paying per hr because there was 3 of them instead of 2 and it had to be cash. I didn’t tell them to bring an additional person and it really didn’t even help. Ended up paying a lot more to have someone else come last minute to finish the job!!!!!!!

They damaged some furniture and broke an entire dresser not to mention damaging the wall and the floor the home I was moving out of. Cost me WAY MORE money than I saved. While this husband and wife team were pleasant, they clearly were not professional movers.

Wall was hit during move in of hutch in the hallway. Nothing to do with this crew but it shouldn’t take 4 hours to book a crew! Address was not in U-Haul App. Phone would cut out or I was played music for a long period and then be cut off.

A third helper joined (in addition to the two I originally booked), and we agreed on a fair payment for the extra hands. Really appreciated their effort as a family team!

The movers tried to reschedule an hour and a half before the original scheduled time because they were running late. The two individuals showed up on time, but only one of the individuals carried everything downstairs. They didn’t try to pack it into the U-Haul, only clumsily carried it down the stairs. They dropped a few of my items, and one of the individuals attempted to carry my 65 in. TV by himself. They threw my buckets into the U-Haul instead of gently placing them down. Very friendly people, but so unprofessional.
