  • Angel was very professional and a pleasure to work with! He let me know the status throughout the move and when my key wouldn’t fit the lock that was the beginning of a frustrating Ubox move but he was empathetic and that kept me calm! I recommend this company wholeheartedly!! Thanks Angel!!!

  • The move went swiftly once they arrived at our location, but it started 3 hours late. The move was complete by 2p and nothing was broken. Only complaint is the 3 hour delay that forced my partner and I to lose an entire day of meeting and work instead of half. Very nice guys, though. I hope this was an anomaly.

  • At first, Angel was incredibly communicative and responsive. That all changed immediately the day of the move. This man is dishonest. And I feel bad for the two men who actually moved me that day. They were not trained well at all. They didn’t know what a furniture dolly was. Because of this, the job took much longer because they didn’t know how to be efficient! For example, the two men insisted on carrying a bookshelf by hand - something that takes 2 people - when they could have used a furniture dolly (takes only 1 person and time time and labor in half). These men didn’t know what a FURNITURE dolly was. They then used the regular dolly (for boxes - not furniture!) to move a very heavy mid century credenza damaging it . They broke my portable AC unit. They lost one of the support bars for my bed frame. Angel gaslit me when I complained. When I sent photos of damage he stopped responding. ZERO INTEGRITY

  • Good communication prior to the move but only 4 stars as there were some upfront costs and other things that I was not told of prior to arranging the move such as paying extra for a bed takedown and having a lock for boxes. A bit frustrating if undergoing this process for the first time especially with how pricy this is.

  • The moving service was prompt in their responses and reliable with timing, which I really appreciated. Overall, the service was good. One area for improvement would be handling items more carefully during unloading. My fan was dropped and ended up damaged afterward, and some boxes labeled fragile were not handled as carefully as expected, with other items placed on top of them. Aside from that, the team was responsive and punctual.

  • I chose this company because their rates are incredibly affordable and competitive. The crew members were very friendly and clearly work hard in a highly demanding job. They arrived about an hour behind schedule for what was a late evening stop, and they seemed understandably rushed to finish their long day. Because they were moving quickly, a few items unfortunately ended up with scratches and a dresser was broken. When I pointed out the dresser, the mover politely tried to assure me the top could just be popped back on, though the screws were actually broken. Rather than debate it at the end of a long shift, I decided to let it go. Overall, it’s a friendly and very budget-friendly service, but I’d recommend asking them to take just a bit more time with fragile items.
