Earl and Niel at our second unloading location were the best. They got the job done quickly. Efficiently and with time to spare. Overall both did great. Although since hiccups with time they did a great job.

Hector and John were both very professional, polite and they got the job done! I will most definitely be hiring them and Moving by Faith again and for any other moving help I need. Damon and Syrus handled the unloading for me. Nice guys. They were pleasant, friendly and unflappable when they saw a couple of my outdoor items had black widow spiders. I’d hire them again.

Pros On time courteous friendly hard working did all that they were asked of Worked quickly Listened and responded positively when suggestions were made Cons - The helpers were inexperienced and needed some guidance - They were unaware of simple moving techniques but they learned as we went - They arrived without bringing hydration since it was a 4 hour gig on a hot summer day

The two young men that helped us today were spectacular!!!! Please forgive me guys if I misspell your names but Neil and Damien were amazing humans! They spoke with absolute kindness and professionalism. They were positive and uplifting. They showed up ready to get the work done! Super gentle with our belongings and I would use their help if needed I it again without hesitation! Thank you guys!

The movers were kind, but this was by far the slowest moving company I have ever used. For comparison, my last movers unloaded my entire 2,200 sq. ft. house in about 3 hours. This company took 4 hours to move only an extremely small portion of my overall move, and there was still a significant amount left unfinished. I was repeatedly reassured that the job would be completed within the reserved time, but that did not happen. I even ended up helping move items myself because they were so far behind, which completely defeats the purpose of hiring movers in the first place. To make matters worse, furniture was damaged, and the fresh repaired stucco on my front door trim was also damaged. The crew was polite, but the service itself was unacceptably slow, inefficient, and not worth the money.

These guys were great! Kept us informed of their status, moved a very heavy sofa down flight of stairs CALMLY! Very good at organizing our stuff to fit in them truck. Finished ahead of time!!!!

Hired for 3 hours but we only needed them actually for 2 hours. Basically only use them on loading mattresses and a couch. No problem with their work.

Damon and his crew did an excellent job very quickly emptying out a 10 by 16 storage unit, and packing it brilliantly into the truck and they were finished within one and a half hours. They made it possible for us to drive the truck more than an hour away and have it unloaded in the same day. If you want your moving day to go well , hire Moving Forward. Their work is first rate!!!!!
