We originally had Front Runner movers scheduled for 10 a.m. on Sunday to move my daughter's items into a PODS storage bin. When PODS canceled our service out of the blue the day of delivery I had to come up with another solution. I called David with Front Runner, who saved the day. He was sympathetic to our situation and apologetic even though it was not his problem to deal with. We ended up renting a UHaul truck and David said they would be happy to move us out from one place and into the other, even though I had only booked them to for loading into a PODS unit and said they could move us anytime on Sunday. Devon and Gavin showed up on time and with smiling faces even though it was a 97 degree day. They busted their butts to get us moved out and into the new place in 3 hours. Their attitudes were fantastic and the were so polite and accommodating to our needs. Very professional and efficient. David, Gavin and Devon, we appreciate your hard work! I highly recommend them!

John and Gavin were amazing! I will admit I was weary of using the third party movers at first, but they did such a great job!

The duo finished earlier than the allotted time but could use more training on using dollies to move furniture. Twice furniture almost fell off the dollie. One of the two joked about it while the other was apologetic.. Also required a lot of direction how to place furniture in storage area so it would fit, even though the storage area was larger than the truck being unloaded. We had to restock some boxes because lighter boxes were stacked at the bottom and were getting crushed by heavier boxes on top.

My movers arrived an hour late without a notice or call. On top of that they just piled things in the truck without any organization and thought in transport conditions affect on how thing were put in the truck. Plus, it took them less than an hour when allotted for 2 hours. I asked for an hour refund due to the circumstances. And it was agreed to reimburse me for the hour but never received. Bad business to deal with. Professionalism and respectful of customer's time and trust along the honesty of agreements was not provided.

One of the helpers came one hour late. The other helper left after waiting and only one hour of moving work. However, the one who came late worked in the raining and finished the job anyway.
