Smooth, professional, and efficient. The team was highly organized, took excellent care of our belongings, and made the entire moving day stress-free. Very straightforward pricing and great service all around. Will absolutely use them again!

Pretty much worthless. Didn't have any clue how to pack a truck. Left after two hours even though the packing was hardly begun. Had to scramble to find help to finish the job. Don't recommend these guys.

Ringo Jackson and Kaden Maldonado showed up on time and moved everything I needed moving within 2 hours. They were cool and professional and I can't recommend them high enough!

Good work, showed up on time, worked quickly and steady, worked with care, and didn’t damage or break anything. Followed instructions and were very helpful! Would hire again and recommend. Could use some buddy lift straps for large, heavy and or awkward items, but made it work!

They guys showed up over 2 hours late. Understandable people can be busy. But then one of the guys spent an hour on the phone setting up future appointments while we were loading. Later that afternoon, one of them called and said the payment didn’t go through and tried to have us pay again. A few days later the other one calls and asks if we paid for the job, after we confirmed he stated that the other guy Jesse never paid him and blocked his number. The whole experience will have us never hire movers again.

Nik and Chance were professional, did the work efficiently and were respectful. The main problem was the fact that due to call-ins they came 5.5 hrs after the scheduled appt. Text communication with the company was also not ideal as I'd have to ask for updates constantly and not hear back for a while.

I clearly mentioned that I have heavy sofas, yet they sent an old lady who couldn't pick up the heavy sofas, and other furniture, sofas, and some furniture got scratched because she couldn't lift it up on her side. I have no complaints about the lady; she tried her best, but this job should be for a muscle persons for heavy lifting. I felt sorry for the lady that she had to do this.

It’s sad the work of the movers was undermined by the person coordinating behind the scenes. They requested an additional hour unnecessarily, quoting the extra hour I requested wasn’t confirmed on their end. When I brought up the issue of the extra hour, they said to contact U-Haul for any refunds. Turns out U-Haul can’t do anything once the payment code is shared. Shady business practices, would not recommend this company.

The movers were nice guys but only one of them really put in any effort to move our home. I found one of the movers standing around a lot and having to be prodded by his coworker to get anything done. They spent the entire day at my home and even with me doing a large part of the labor they left without having helped me to move my refrigerator. It seems that the guy who wasn't doing much wasn't physically able to move things. He had a hard time lifting boxes and when they moved my dressers, couches and our kitchen table they dragged them across the floor breaking the foot of of a solid wood dresser, damaging the legs of my dining table and knocking the plastic tabs off of the legs of our couches and the other dresser The legs on the dinning table are still wobbly and I have to have them repaired so that they will stand stable. Overall I wouldn't hire these guys. Although communication with the company was fine I paid a lot and got pretty poor service from the movers.

Was 4 hours late with no notice and no real communication on eta or what was happening. Had to call to get information. Was car trouble and I forgive that but not the lack of communication. Workers were fine and friendly but didn't follow directions very well

Nicholas and Conscious were PROS. I needed help loading and unloading a truck at three different locations in Modesto and they handled all communication smoothly and professionally. They were very very respectful of my antique and precious possessions, and loaded everything securely and confidently. And it was a HOT day. Watching them work really highlighted the need for professionals for moving jobs. TLDR they were professional, quick, careful, and friendly, and they took pride in their work. Hire them!!

The two people who assigned to us, got there late, had no equipment and were not aware we had washer and dryer and need them down an upstairs apartment. On unloading the uhaul we found furniture broken, chips on a few items. One of them was very vocal and unhappy about moving boxes from upstairs.

The BEST! Zeus & Jordan were awesome. They showed up on time with great energy. Moved us out of a 5 bedroom house and efficiently packed everything safely into a 26ft truck and trailer. Worth every penny! I recommend them for everybody! Thank you Quality Control!

I would have appreciated more communication leading up to the service. I have experience with other movers and there was usually more information given leading up the move. Also, it was a bit hard to get in contact with the movers which made it very unclear when they would actually arrive day of. However, once they arrived they were super great and moved everything quick and efficiently. I would still recommend as the actual job was done well.

OK. A bit rushed on the packing that was then experienced later with shifted contents and heavier items on top of lighter. Less rush is ideal.

Both movers were very friendly and courteous, however, one of them was very sluggish and struggling to move furniture from the first floor to the truck and imo not totally fit for the job. I had to constantly help them throughout the move. In other words, I would have expected more agility. However, having said all this, the rates were very nominal and reasonable. So overall ok experience, for larger jobs I would look for another company.

We had a team of three excellent movers who unloaded our truck in an orderly and safe fashion. The team was courteous, professional and took great care moving our household goods and even cleaned up the truck, sweeping out the truck and folding all the moving blankets. I highly recommend this service.

Booked this company last minute and end of day, they responded promptly to coordinate a moving time for the next morning. While the movers arrived a little bit later than the agreed time, they communicated well throughout the whole process. They moved quickly, packed the truck carefully. wrapped items we didn't even think about wrapping to protect from damage, and did whatever needed to be done to move all the furniture to the new location (like walking a couch through the back side of the apartment and in through the patio since it couldn't fit through the door). We are very thankful for your service! Would definitely recommend and trust this company.

Nicholas and Brandon with Quality Control Moving were absolutely amazing today. They went above and beyond to help us with our move. They worked incredibly fast but were still very careful with all of our belongings. Both of them were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful the entire time. Moving can be stressful, but Nicholas and Brandon made the whole experience smooth and easy. Their positive attitudes and strong work ethic really stood out. I supplied rented blankets and purchased bubble wrap and equipment. They only used the bubble wrap on one piece of furniture, and took what was left. One blanket disappeared also. They did not even bother to wrap my 3,000.00+ marble table top and leaned it up against the wall in the truck. It was in a bunch of pieces when we got to the new location along with many other items that were damaged beyond repair due to lack of wrapping. They dragged heavy pieces of furniture along the wood flooring which cause deep scratches and cannot be repair and I am being charged over 1,000.00 for the replacement of the damaged floor. i HIGHLY RECOMMENT THAT YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.........THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED A SINGLE PHONE CALL AND I AM NOW HAVING TO FILE A SMALL CLAIMS CASE AGAINST THEM.

They are hardworking, but they are not paying attention to what they are doing, they threw everything on the floor, they were arguing among themselves, and they left without a trace, they are not professional, in my opinion next time I will not hire them to work for me, and they come in late with 1.50 hours!

The moving team smashed many of our items as they packed it away, it was a constant chorus of 'ouch! Ouch!' from the moving team when they kept scrapping our items against the wall, zero professionalism or care. Our bed frames have missing chunks and scrapped paint, and our 70 inch TV was CRACKED by the team. We called the manager that sent the team and he was very rude. We demand compensation the TV is absolutely unuseable now.

The movers were supposed to be here for 3 hours, while they were here, they informed me that I would need to pay for another two hours or they would walk off the job. I didn't understand why they told me this as I booked them for 3 hours for the service and they were only there for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I do not recommend this company whatsoever.

Nicholas was exceptionally helpful in my move! His team went the extra mile to communicate with me throughout the whole process, while I was out of state and unable to be there in person, he sent photos and updated me every step of the way. I felt very reassured to know that my items were in his care, I definitely recommend to anyone thinking of acquiring his services!

The two helpers did not work well together. First thing they did was request additional hours, then complained about how certain things would not fit in my new house. I was able to move the item by myself, into the room they swore it would not fit into. They scratched furniture, and broke a few things and never notified me. Also, pieces and parts were scattered everywhere. I still can't find a piece of my bed. One of the guys was super nice and polite. The other, not so much.
