This move was unexpected and chaotic at best. The handled my insanity so nicely and with such care to make sure I was ok. I truly appreciated their hard work and they did just an excellent and quick job. I booked 2 hours and allowed 4 hours before the plumber came for incidental nonsense and there just was no hassle. It was the most carefree part of this psychotic chaotic ‘slab leak’ in my garage. Just really nice and professional and worth every penny.

Overall pretty good job. Spent too much time wrapping some items and none on others. Some things ended up a little damaged. Left about 5 pads we rented unused and lost in the middle of the truck.

We use furniture pads to wrap furniture. We also use some folded pads as buffers to reduce vibration damage of delicate items during transit. Renting too many furniture pads is better than not enough.

They were very good but I had weight issue for u- box, mover put too much heavy stuff in one box, so needed move stuff from one to another u-box. It took longer than I was expected.

A U-Haul employee opined the U-Box was too heavy. He didn't weigh it and used no objective standard, such as a scale. Just to be safe, we transferred weight to the client's other U-Box free of charge.
