  • There were some pros and cons to working with Astros moving but would ultimately book again! They ended up being 5 hours late due to difficulties with another move which impacted our day greatly. We were super bummed and overwhelmed about this but that seemed to melt away once they arrived. They were quick, efficient, friendly, and no damage reported! They took direction well and in the end, made the day easier.

  • The 2 boys were very sweet at talking but they just dumpedy things in the 3 containers without care. Top half was empty and the back was empty. I had hired them for 3 hours and within the 2st hour they were ready to leave. My whole 2 bed furniture was left behind because they said it would not fit. I was not able to take my one bedroom set. They literally dumping 2 container things loosely in to 3. I am am a old school teacher and couldn't keep up them so they took advantage. I lost my money on am extra container but also now need to get new furniture...

  • Alex was very nice and respectable; however he did detached part of my sofa and did not reattach once unload. Also it seems like he was training, it would have been nice to have experience mover due to new floor getting scratched.

  • Alex and his team provided the best moving experience I've had, and I've hired a LOT of movers! Communication was awesome, they showed up on time, worked super fast, treated my belongings with extra care, and packed my moving truck like Tetris Masters. They were polite, and their attitude reflected their pride in providing excellent service with big smiles. I was honestly sad to see them go! Great price for the amount of work they put into each hour! Really enjoyable experience! Thanks, guys!!

They are prompt, professional, and fast. Moving is never easy but these guys went out of their way to accommodate my wife and I on our roller coaster move. • When I tried calling Alex whose phone number is listed on moving help he never answered my calls or texts. I did receive a call one day later from a lady with Astro's and she confirmed the job. On moving day Jose called me and he showed up and I don't recall the other man's name. After everything was moved I noticed my bookcase was damaged and scratched, loveseat chair was ripped and scratched, NEW mattress is dirty now, couch seat was dropped in the rain and the second mover was slow and complaining the entire time. It's odd how slow they were moving stuff for the first two hours then I added an extra hour and they moved extra fast after I paid the extra hour. Please note I helped move my items too. Even though I had this experience I still gave them each a cash tip and I felt obligated to give the second mover a tip. Due to my items being damaged I will NEVER use Astro's moving again. You get what you pay for.
