Movers are us

Customer Reviews

• Movers are us were the best movers we've worked with and we've used a lot. They communicated well, showed up on time, and were professional throughout our load and unload. This was after a different company (Davon) no showed on us. Movers are us truly saved the day!

• They were able to come out last minute and help me finish a difficult move. Friendly and gentle with everything. They managed to get a very heavy and large mattress in an awkward upstairs space and I am extremely grateful.

• These guys were incredible. We loaded everything into the U-Haul the night before. It took 4 people six hours and felt grueling. My partner and I both hurt ourselves pretty badly during the loading process and had a hard time walking. I reached out extremely last minute, and they were very accommodating. They showed up and had everything moved into our apartment in just barely over an hour. I would recommend these guys 100 percent. COMPLETELY worth the money. Please tip them well.

• We booked help unloading a U-Haul into a storage unit and appreciated that they were willing to help us last minute, especially since they were coming from Ohio and we were located in Sharon, PA. They arrived on time and started working right away, which we appreciated. There was an extra hour charged for transportation time, which was understandable given the distance. The owner, or who I assume was the owner, was polite, professional, and easy to work with. The other gentleman helping seemed less engaged and gave the impression that he did not really want to be there. The main issue was how the storage unit was loaded. There seemed to be a miscommunication about how we wanted things organized, and the final result ended up being pretty disorganized. Since this was going into storage, organization mattered so we could access items later and make the best use of the space. We booked them for three hours total, but the job was finished in about one hour. As a small business owner mys

• The only issue we had wasn’t the movers fault. It’s Uhauls. The way they set up the scheduling. Uhaul schedules without verifying there is availability with the movers. They don’t schedule a time. They only ask if you want morning, afternoon or evening and book it. Then you have to call the mover to schedule the time. Luckily they were able to accommodate us. But not the time we had hoped for but they did have to tell others when they called they were booked. The movers said they will be on a job and 6 requests will come in for the same day. Uhaul needs to get a better system. Had they not been able to accommodate we would have been scrambling to find new movers or would have had to change the truck rental. Uhaul is making it more difficult than it should be. There should be a system in place that tracks availability of the movers on the platform so they don’t over book and clients have a realistic expectation. We already tipped cash fyi
