One of the guys showed up 10 minutes late. No dolly, no carts. Did not finish the job. I still had to load about 50 percent of the truck myself. One of the guys said he wasn’t feeling well so i gave him the benefit of the doubt and still tipped them both but one of the workers seemed so unprepared and not meant for this type of work. The other guy Mike was great though! Thank you! I wish they had dollys and carts, it would expedited their time

The movers were respectful and had a good attitude however one of the two was twenty minutes late and they also dropped at least one box during the load, breaking the contents. I helped load as much as they did to speed things up.

Jonathon and Michael were both amazing movers!!! I don't know anyone who could've done a better job, they were super friendly, on time, and were very clearly experienced at packing. I would recommend them to anyone. I tipped them in cash by the way, that's why I'm not adding a tip.

The movers who came out were respectful, professional, hardworking, and handled my belongings with care. I appreciated their attitude and the work they performed, and I would recommend those individual movers to other customers. They deserve five stars. My experience with the owner was completely different. He requested my payment code while the move was still in progress. Before giving it to him, I specifically asked whether the service would continue, and he assured me it would. Immediately after receiving the code, he sent a request for payment for two additional hours. When I declined that extra charge, he became rude and argumentative. His dishonesty and poor customer service caused unnecessary stress during my move and then asked the movers to leave and not complete the job. My interaction with the owner was unacceptable.

I received a call within 24 hours of booking, so communication was good. The helpers made an effort to be careful with my belongings while unloading, but unfortunately, the corner of my wooden dresser was chipped and damaged into two separate pieces. Overall, I appreciated the communication and the effort to handle my belongings carefully, but I was disappointed by the damage to my dresser.

Stronglift Movers were absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The team was professional, punctual, friendly, and incredibly careful with all of my belongings. They worked efficiently, handled everything with care, and made what could have been a stressful moving day feel smooth and hassle-free. Second guy came late then didn’t want to honor my two hour paid time then ask if I wanted another hour of course I had to pay said no and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Always paid for two hour movers and they completed the job unloading and loading and this company didn’t. Go somewhere else please

My 2 movers were very nice and successful packed and unloaded my household. However, they were both hungover upon arrival, so the endeavor was challenging for all involved. I did tip them in person for their assistance.

The movers banged up a few things and broke a couple things. They did not know how to pack a U-Haul. We had to repack it just to get the rest of the items in and hire a second set of movers to get the job done.

Stronglift movers have some really great employees. I think their front office can do better with communication and relaying pertinent information to their employees. However, when the guys showed up they were ready to go! Shout out to Tyree and Mike!

The day before my move someone from the company called me and said that one mover had an appointment and couldn’t come until 2pm the day of my move and asked if that would be okay. I said NO, that i only have the truck in the morning it has to be 10am. 10am rolls around and one mover arrived, no call, no follow up from the company. When i called them they said they’d return my call. No call back I call again asking if they are going to send someone. They said no but they’d refund me half of what i paid. I agreed, but I had to move all of my things with one person It was a very long, hard day. I’m out $212 plus a tip for the one mover who did show up. I could have done it myself with a friend for free, and it feels like i did.

They deserve their name. This was for loading of a moving truck, they communicated well before the appointment and showed up on time. They worked tirelessly and did way more than I thought could be done in the time. Bonus is they were pretty fun which made moving less miserable

Hired 2 people for 4 hours on a medium sized load. Didn't realize I was going to be the 2nd mover. One guy was great, the other smelt of marijuana and clearly lived that way daily. Complete opposite experience of didn't lift a finger. Couldn't finish the job after 4 hours, trust me spend some more money for a better experience.

The support was above and beyond what I expected. This wasn't an easy move, taking into account there were multiple oversized and awkwardly shaped pieces of furniture and up two flights of stairs. I was confident from the start of the job that I chose the right movers.

Scheduled 4 hours to load and unload a 2bd apartment. Job started late (not the workers fault but lack of coverage) and ended up paying double what I intended because the job took 8 hours. Good hourly rate, but ultimately misleading.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They were a cheaper option and I should have trusted my gut. They showed up over an hour late and the coordinators had terrible communication. I’ve been trying to get in touch with the manager ‘Adam’ for weeks and no answer or response. I wanted to give them a chance to make this right before I wrote this review. The movers themselves were nice and did a good job. I tipped them in cash.

Scheduled a 3-4 hour move than was told it was changed to 2. It was a 3 hour job and took the movers 5 hours to complete. Boss called me while movers were there and told them they were fine and id leave a review so they would get out of my apt after moving since 6am, it was 9pm and havent eatn. A few days later i get a call for a review and i explained what happened and why i didnt leave a review. The movers were slow and took too long. Im a disabled vet and my wife is disabled and i told them that and i started moving stuff on my own before they started to really get stuff going. 2 hours into the move and barely 1.3rd of the truck was empty. The guys who loaded the truck took 3 hours and went up stairs. We had no stairs. The individual i spoke with the day prior stated the manager was going to call me and see about reimbursing me an hour or two. No call ever came and i had to call the owner. He stated he didnt call because he thought the move went well. They stated no refund.

Maxwell and Javontae were both so helpful and got the job done very fast, definitely exceeded my expectations! We had a few extremely heavy items and the stairs were god awful and the boys both handled it very well, very appreciative of them during this move!

Very pleasant gentleman however they didn't know how to properly load the truck. They were shown what was being loaded but left some large items until the end. They also forgot to load a desk chair and floor mat. I was luckily able to load into my SUV, but that was not how this was planned.

Used StrongLift Movers service today, they showed up right on time, worked fast but careful, and packed the truck insanely tight like they were playing Tetris, everything fit perfectly, nothing shifted, and the whole move ended up way smoother than I expected, definitely recommend!

I took a chance a booked StrongLift Movers since they were a newer company. One of the two movers arrived very late, but constantly kept me updated so I didn’t worry much. Also, the company or dispatch is very communicative - checking in with the movers and customer to make sure all is right. The move took longer than expected, but both movers were careful with my items and made great use filling the truck space with things I hadn’t planned to throw in. Overall I had a good experience, and shoutout to Reggie for his efficiency and knowing how to pack like he’s playing Tetris!
