The company kept changing the arrival time of the Movers, which made it too late for me to return the appliance dolly that I rented and had to pay for another day. I’d pay a Cash tip.

Dennis and Josh did an incredible job! Very delicate with my belongings. U had a unique move and they made it work, the most important things were able to fit. I had a upack box so space is definitely limited! They communicated well, worked very efficiently I’m very happy with the turn out! Highly recommend these two for your next moving job!!!

The unload went well. There wasn’t any communication or confirmation between the time of the reservation and the final move date. This is the only area that could be improved, but otherwise I’m happy with the unload. Thanks much for your services!

Adrian & his friend loaded everything from my 900+ sq ft duplex into the 15’ UHaul in an hour. And I’ve a lot of stuff. Excellent service & communication.

The two moving men were on time and hard working. It was a challenge to move the large furniture out of a small apartment and down a flight of stairs. They struggled a bit maneuvering the furniture around tight corners but they were trying really hard to make it fit and to be careful of the furniture and walls. And honestly, it saved me from having to struggle with it as well. Their help was well worth the cost.

The communication was extremely poor. The handler does not ask or provide any useful information before the movers are here. One example is the mover asked me to remove the trailer so they could use the ramp. That was not communicated to me earlier and I have to spend 1.5 hours to drive the truck to U-Haul and let them remove the trailer first. And the waiting time is charged to me.

The two gentlemen that moved my things were fast and efficient. Got my 10 foot Uhaul truck unloaded About an hour and did not exceed the two hour booking.

Poor experience with the company. I was supposed to have 2 movers for 2 hours, but only one showed up due to a flat tire. They finally sent a second mover about 1.5 hours later. Both movers did not have a car and arrived by bike and public transportation, so I had to arrange transportation for them both in my and my boyfriend’s vehicle to my next location, which was a hassle. The move also was going to take double the time (2 extra hours) due to only having one mover and the company called me to tell me they were going to charge me for the 2 extra hours, which was absolutely ridiculous. I refused and so they started calling their movers to tell them to leave the job immediately in the middle of the move. Very poor service recovery working on thin margins and not willing to take accountability for their errors. Would not recommend if you want a smooth stress free moving process. Our move should have taken 2 hours but instead 6 hours since we had to move the rest on our own as well.

The movers were great, but did not get any training or guidance, no assistance from the company. They could not get 2 heavy dressers up the stairs due to potential lack of training or equipment (they did not know what equipment would work). The movers said that they would be met on site with a supervisor and training but got neither and were only told of the job a day in advance through Indeed. I would use the service again but only for ground level moving, not when stairs are involved. PS I did provide the movers with both straps and a dolly, but I would think that they would have suitable equipment that they are familiar with and that works for them.

They arrived on time and were super helpful! I think they may need a bit of practice in how to organize and stack things with the U-Haul but overall we were very satisfied.

Never hired movers before, but the help I got completely changed my mind. Movers were extremely respectful & helped get the most out of my move. Absolutely amazing team & would recommend them to everyone else that needs help with moving

Let me start by saying the 2 guys who moved were nice and professional. However they couldn't move my China cabinet. Im now stuck with it sitting in my driveway, have to rent another truck and hire another set of movers. They were able to get it outside but they could not lift it in the truck. Also someone called during the move to check in and have them tell me if they went over time I would be charged, that lady calling was very unprofessional. Considering that this move couldn't be completed because they couldn't lift this was extremely disappointing. I dont think this was their fault, it seemed they were both new, but the company should have sent someone capable of finishing the job because now I have to pay to do it again. I would hire the 2 guys again, but I would never go through this company. Uhaul shouldn't associate themselves with this moving company.

Hands down the worst company I've ever had to deal with, super unprofessional is what the name should say, they send people to brake your things and then don't want to be accountable for it. I would give negative stars if I could. The movers showed up in flip flops and did not get the job done, on top of that they kept haggling me to pay them and then tried to get me to pay more money so they could come back the next day. I tried to contact the company, they told me to send pictures and never responded after that and ignored all my calls, my family called to help they hung up called back and and cursed him out saying they didn't brake anything. They were very unprofessional with everything and insisted that I give them the code. These people need to be out of business. Sad part is they will rebrand and just keep messing up. I'm sorry to whoever uses the service. Trust me not worth it.

This was an excellent experience overall. The day after I booked, the dispatcher called me to confirm the booking time and location. They then reconfirmed the day before. I felt this was very professional. As far as the actual helpers, they were excellent. I believe their names were Dennis and Darnell. Very fast, efficient, and careful with my things. There were a few times when we had to redo the layout of the shipping pod, and they heard my wife and I out and got it done. We had concerns about fitting everything in, but they made it happen. I am very pleased, and I would highly recommend these two to anyone in the Sacramento area.

Two young guys came and wrangled an entire 10x20 ft storage unit in 30 mins! They were fast, efficient, professional and they put every other moving company I’ve used in the past to shame. Absolutely would use again!

Jess and helper arrived after contacting company to change the time and that was great. They were. very careful while unloading the truck, but I kept telling them I needed the stacked stuff to go high as possible and that was somewhat ignored. I have a 10x30 storage unit that now has to be almost completely emptied so that I can fit the remainder of my stuff in there to where I can find what I need.

Alfred and Justin could not have been more helpful! They were both quick, efficient workers, who didn't hesitate to roll with the punches, and got the job done! Whoever was coordinating over the phone when I booked the job, though... That person needs to communicate better. They said they'd call the day before to go over the details, but that never happened. Justin, Alfred, and I worked it out for ourselves just fine though.

The movers were great. They were professional and served on time. We had some issues with the refrigerator but the movers were strategic and able to get the refrigerator moved. After the move the dispatcher called to tell me they had to charge me an extra hour-I authorized it but she called back & called me a liar who was trying to not pay for the extra hour even though I offered to send the screenshot of the money bench taken-I didn’t appreciate that

Alfred and his colleague were an excellent help. They were very careful with my furniture, very strong, and nothing was damaged. I would 100 percent recommend them again to anyone moving in Sacramento County.

They called me to let me know they were stuck in traffic prior to arrival. Both men were courteous, clean, and took great care with all of my items. I would definitely hire them again! Great price for their service also!
