Helpful hands but not professional movers. They were a little careless with my fragile boxes and didn’t have a plan for what to load first.

Movers were late. Only one guy showed up. The other one came 1.5 hours later. 3 items were broken. When I labeled boxes saying fragile!!! Very unprofessional the actual guys were nice and fast but a little careless.

The positives; The two movers arrived early, had good communication with me, were hard-working, and had good attitudes despite the challenges of the move. However the goal of getting a washer and dryer up one flight of stairs and to another location and then downstairs was not fully completed. (They ended up at the drop off location but not in the basement). I never understood that I was responsible for having appliance straps, tools to measure and to take off banister, etc. So, without the proper tools, this took much longer than anticipated and we ran out of time. More experience with appliances would have been helpful. I also didn't realize that I was responsible to get the movers to the drop off location. The manager did spend time on the phone listening to my concerns afterwards and explaining these things.

Showed up on time. Got it done in less than 2 hours for a 2 bedroom (not a lot of furniture but still impressive - we lived on a second floor unit as well). Communication via phone call and text prior to the move day was excellent. Lastly these guys know how to pack the truck correctly. Great job. Would hire again.
