Communication with the company was great from the time I scheduled the move, and the gentleman called me to get additional details, to the eta the morning of the move and throughout the day while working with my employees to pack the u-haul, so that we only had to take one trip to move the entire office. Both guys were kind and professional and joked with staff, like they were just part of the team. What we thought would take 6 hours and two trips, took 4 hours and 1 trip, saving me money. If we decided to make another big move, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Pure Heart.
