Rod was so accommodating when I took several days longer to arrive at my destination. Returned phone calls promptly. Original arrival date was the 9th. Arrived late on the 12th. Called morning of the 13th and T & T were here at 11am. Incredible service. Professional and kind. 100 percent customer service oriented. Tom and Todd had my car and 5x8 trailer unloaded in an hour. My experience with the move was horrible. They kept saying that my stuffs would not fit in the storage since they started and until the end of loading. I was extremely hesitate to put stuffs in the truck so I left lots of stuffs at the house. In the end there was a lot of space left in the storage. I ended up had to move stuffs myself after and even sold some furniture I wanted to keep for cheap. They also damaged my floor and headboard. The bed is antique and expensive. I was promised my headboard will fixed so I left my storage key with them, a month had passed and it is still not fixed. I eventually asked for the key back. This move took 8 hours and 40 minutes, which was unbelievable taking that long. Also, when we returned the truck I asked the guys if we should put more gas but they said no. They drove about 20 miles so the gas should have been filled. This costed for me to pay for U-haul premium gas price as well. What a nightmare company to deal with.
