• Requested 2 resources to move my built-in refrigerator from my kitchen to my garage and move the new refrigerator to the kitchen on the second floor. I explained to the person I spoke with that this would require movers that can lift very heavy equipment (300+ lbs) two guys were sent, the primary guy who knew what he was doing was adequate and would probably have been able to do the job if the second mover had any experience moving heavy furniture. Through out the entire process of trying to get the equipment down the stairs, I had to assist in the lifting as the second mover had no experience and I had to show him how to use lifting straps. Damage was done to the walls and the hardwood floors. I decide to not complete the move since I was not willing to risk damage to the new refrigerator. Need to find qualified resources to complete the job.

• Ali did his best.The second mover was mostly useless, didn't speak any English. At the end of the move, I realized the movers had not packed the truck right bc we ran out of room. Instead of communicating with me, Ali started to make decisions about what to leave out, and put my items on the street!

• I agreed with the dispatch up front that it would be a 9:30 start, but the crew showed up 30 minutes early. Also, I was not informed that any fraction of an hour would incur a full hour of cost. So the crew worked 2 hours 15 minutes but Ali said Company policy was that I had to pay for the full hour

• Didn't use the furniture pads for anything that had wood, caused a lot of damage by throwing metal on top of wood. Pretty careless. They were not fast nor efficient.
