Rodney was good at loading everything up, at first. His partner was not. He complained to me every chance he could about too many boxes and when you move you are suppose to get rid of stuff. I never asked for his advice. Two of my items were damaged during the move - TV screen damaged from having a piece of gym equipment on it and tv media stand legs warped from being overloaded with boxes on top - so I opened a case. Instead of being helpful or trying to resolve their mistake they go on the defense and start talking about lawsuits, fraud and going to court, usually the talk from someone who is in the wrong. Moves are stressful enough, make sure you take photos and double check everything how they load it on your truck.

Dakota we have been moving over 14yrs and would never put metal on top of glass much less a TV. We also never overload furniture. We never place heavy metal objects high nor any heavy item high. The owner go on every job. My workers want to work and never complain...we just get the job done timely and safely in all circumstances ie rain heatwave, cold. Our reviews speak for themselves. Very professional and great in packing the truck, however the process was very slow and if I wasn’t for the flexibility of the other movers at destination, I would have not been able to move on the same day. 5 hours to move the 2 bedroom apartment was excessive. Could have been done in 3 hours max.

Wow... We emptied 2 full pods which were over 300ft away from apartment, down a maze and on the 2nd floor in 2 hrs. That is at least a 5hr job. for a normal crew. We talked a little while carting.

I told them to pack high and wide, they left about 20% of the space un-used. We had damage to 3 pieces of wood furniture. They seemed to run out of gas about 3/4 done. I don't recommend this team.

They ruined the tops of 2 antique dressers by placing plastic boxes on top of them without any padding. I provided lots of blankets for padding and they just wadded them up and stuffed them in.

Concord Moving was great, however, the eMove website is very poor at estimating hours for a move. I ended up having to go to bank during our move to pay for an additional 3 hours. Not their fault!

Rodney and Keith were awesome! They quickly and efficiently loaded all our belongings into the 14' UHaul truck we had rented. They went over the allotted time by about 10 min, but didn't charge extra.
