• The guys that helped us were great! Fast, efficient, and friendly. However, I tried to call the office before our scheduled time to let them know we would be a few minutes late with the truck. No answer, said to leave voice-mail but the box was full.

• We provided blankets and straps and they only used half of the blankets and none of the straps. Quite a bit of the wood furniture was put in the truck without blankets and was scratched. A dresser leg broke off because of how it was packed.

We were unable to reach you by phone at crucial moments during our move last week (why do you bother having a phone number)? As a result, we paid Cedar City Movers by check last Thursday, and Top Utah Movers by cash for their work. We couldn't find the payments codes at the time because we didn't have a smartphone and were packed. Now we need to be sure that you put back the amounts we paid via your interface onto our Visa card, so that we don't pay double for these 2 movers. The payment codes were 179406 for Cedar City Movers and 198812 for Top Utah Movers. We actually answer our phone, so would you please either call us at 801-935-4070, or email us your assurance that we won't be double-billed. Thank you. The movers did a good job.
