Great guys to work with. They showed up on time & ready to work. They were helpful in identifying damaged good as they were discovered prior to unloading into my home. All of the three workers were friendly & worked hard going up & down many flights of steps maintaining a good mood throughout the loading process. I highly recommend this team of movers. I tipped them in cash prior to their leaving.

The crew arrived ten minutes before scheduled and were fantastic! They pointed out new damage from the move, got creative with moving the couch in that wouldn’t fit through the main door, and provided general advice on my first home purchase for details I have not yet fully delved into. They certainly went above and beyond!

Robert and Dale were early and worked diligently, carefully and with an awesome attitude until the truck was unloaded! Very polite. Booked 3 movers but only 2 showed on moving day, was an error with scheduling. Because of this went over on reservation time to finish the job. Wanted to charge extra but did agree on same price given decreased manpower. Smooth move otherwise.

The guys were super fast and professional! Everything was loaded securely and they made sure to ask about potentially breakable things so they knew how to handle it. I had everything in one room and kind of organized, and they loaded my one bedroom apartment into the U-Haul in just under 2 hours Would definitely recommend them!

I use Moving Help about 15 times a year and these guys were one of the best crews. Use their own pick up to bring totes from the walkout basement to the back of the semi trailer. Awesome workers. Wish every crew was this good.

The movers stated they had another bigger job that was more important than mine that day and couldn't get anyone there until 3+ plus hours after I had requested a time. I had explained to them that they needed to be there when I scheduled them because this was a very time sensitive move. When I had scheduled this with them, and looked at their online booking, they had most of the Day open. Then they left me a message late this afternoon stating they couldn't get there because they had just booked a bigger job and couldn't spare anyone. What happened to first come first serve? Got the job done quickly although I arrived later than anticipated they worked efficiently. Somehow billing made an error which I had to spend ample effort to correct. I was charged for 4 hours although I signed up for 2 hours and worked with my credit card company to correct.

There is little help in the north, therefore movers a way overpriced. They did come and help got to house at 10:30 pm. I had already unloaded half the truck and helped unload the rest.

Chris and Al moved my entire apartment into my U-Boxes quickly, and even hauled off the furniture I wanted to get rid of. Everything went as planned. Would hire them again!

The movers were very cordial. I'm dropping a star because they showed up 15-20 minutes late and it was loading so we were on a tight schedule for the day. Other then that, they were very careful to take care of our items and moved efficiently. Much appreciated!

Movers were difficult to contact to arrange a time to move. Did not arrive on time, both spent 15 minutes each in the bathroom, multiple items not loaded or handled properly and damaged in move.

We had two movers, one worked nonstop but the second was not at the top of his game, needed breaks, had problems getting items up stairs, but they got the job done and did not charge us for the breaks

The movers arrived early which work out for me. They did a wonderful job moving my items. They did end up nicking one item of mine which was to be expected they were movIn out a treadmill.

The guys did an amazing job. We used their truck and my U-Haul to load. A few boxes were packed in the wrong truck but no big deal. The trucks were packed extremely efficient. Nothing was broken.

Arrived late and compared to other movers were slow and i felt just padding time. Dont know where the hardware is for my bed. Not satisfied

Thank you for submitting a review. As we mentioned the hardware for the bed is with the bed. All screws are back in place where they need to be. Loading a 26ft truck average is 4 hrs. Unloading is 2.

The movers were very slow. Dumped everything in front of garage or attic. Put boxes in wrong rooms (boxes were all labeled). Two skinny guys had difficult with large items. Clueless.

I was told that they would pick up at 11:30 to be at my home by noon. At 12:20 I received call that workers were at Uhaul to pick up. They arrived by 1 pm. I was surprised we had to pay $40 surchg.

1 guy was standing around doing nothing way too often. Did not get the all big heavy items packed. Now need to rent another truck. Scuffed my walls. found damage to furnature. I don't recommend.

Did a good job. They needed to adjust the time so one guy could go home to try to sell a snowmobile. Was not exactly ready for this but I was able to manage.

Forgot the plastic wrap and the team that was sent was late and one seemed confused. I started loading the truck as I was on a time limit. I paid for 2 hours job done in 1 no compensation offered.

Some unforeseen events caused them to b about 1/2 hour late but they did cabb me and informed me of it. Thought loading could have been a bit faster but all in all, it was a good experience
