Scotts Movers refused to come and do the job. They stated if I asked nicely they might wear masks, further said they couldn't move in the dark, also I gave them 3 plus hours heads up for the time to unpack. I was meeting them at my home at 5pm. Scotts movers also said it was like 40 miles to my house and it was a weekend. Scotts had confirmed the day prior it was all fine: the weekend the distance the amount of heads up time, also nothing was mentioned at anytime that they could not move in the dark( I have flood lights), was not even ask, also Scotts movers said he didn't think he could fine anyone to do the job!!!

The movers showed up early, extremely pleasant and were accommodating to all my little 'special requests' on how and where items were placed. All went very well, that's all I can ask with a move!

Mover left msg asking for directions 30 min before meet time. Called him back, left msg with directions twice. He never showed. Called him 7 more times over 6 hrs, he never called back. Ruined move.
