A and b cancelled the afternoon before they were supposed to be there. Called uhaul. They said a and b had made mistake. A and b didn't return my calls. I had to call and find out what was going on

They never called me to schedule the move. I called them twice, left messages and they never returned my call. I can't be wondering up to the last minute if A&B Affordable Movers is going to show up or not. I called MovingHelp, was on hold for 20 minutes with no answer. I did a live chat with Troyelle who said either hang on or go online to reschedule. I'm not rescheduling because I have no faith in the movers listed on the site nor the customer service of MovingHelp. I expect my service charge will be refunded.

Customer tried to schedule 2 hrs before needing to be moved out late at night. She did not have a truck. We requested renting a truck the next am and we would help. She canc at 6:30am the next morning

Loaded the truck perfectly (something you should look for when hiring movers), worked in some of the hottest NC weather and at a good pace. They were professional and polite. Load and unload = 6 hour
