• The movers were absolutely fantastic. I moved twice - out of an apartment with items in storage then one month later into a new apartment. I had the same movers each time. The movers were so professional and polite. They were so efficient, incredibly strong and very careful with all of my things. I would recommend them to literally everyone and will hire them again for all future moves if possible. I can't say enough about them - the care and speed with which they moved my items was amazing. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars across the board is because the first move was on a weekend that was very busy for the company. They said it was the busiest moving weekend of the year. My movers were fantastic, but the company did a poor job communicating the time I could expect the movers to arrive. The movers themselves were great at letting me know when they were on their way and moved my stuff quickly despite it being their 4th move of the day!

• The movers worked very quickly and were very polite. Our items were mostly undamaged (though some moving cubes were bent from carrying and dropping 3 at a time. I did ask that I be able to setup bed frame before they got started (even removed it from truck myself, so as to not interfere). But they insisted they move everything themselves. While very polite and considerate, I did regret not getting bedframe setup myself- as everything was so quickly moved in and in no particular order. Overall a good and quick experience!

• Joel and his fellow employee did a fantastic job! I couldn’t believe they were able to fit all everything into 1 UBox. They emptied my storage unit and loaded the UBox within 2 hours with ease. • The Moving Helper "5 Star Movers" never contacted me to confirm receipt of my order via Uhaul's UBox reservation and moving assistance online ordering process. After not hearing from them, I reached out to the number I was provided several times to confirm their receipt of my order and to arrange a moving arrival time for planning purposes. I was never able to get through and you cannot leave a voicemail message at the number provided. We unexpectedly got a 15 foot truck instead of a 20 foot truck from UHaul and 5 Star Movers were able to fit our whole two bedroom apartment in the smaller truck!
