I was scheduled to move at 9:30AM. Mover called me at 9:05 AM to inform me he was running late at would be here at 10AM. No follow up phone call from mover as to why he was running late. 10:26AM I called him to see what his ETA would be. He told me he would be here 30-45min. His helper wasn't available so he was picking someone else up. 12PM I sent the mover a text to see if he was still on his way. Reply text received at 12:05pm "I apologize Sheila. I need s second guy because I have another job after your move or else I would go to your move by myself." I notified him that I was going to cancel the job. I needed to move in the morning to avoid moving so late into the afternoon. 12:07pm I received a phone call that he finally found a helper and was willing to move today or reschedule to another day. I told him no thank you, it's too late. We had already moved half of my stuff and we were nearly done. I reminded him my original request was to have him help move the heavy stuff in the
