• The dispatcher or owner failed to set up details about the move such as approximate time of arrival or verification of service on scheduled date. The guys took repeated breaks throughout the move trying to run the time over. The owner was upset that it was pouring raining outside and preferred that I keep them working (they could have fallen and hurt themselves). He tried to charge me a 2 hour overage. The movers were decent guys but that owner or whomever he is is horrible. I informed him of a light fixture, lamp and television that was broken during the move. He immediately got on the defense and instead of investing the claim , started to question me about how did I know it wasn’t the movers that put the belongings in the storage. I am highly upset because even after trying to file a claim I am getting no response. My move was on July 6 and I’m still fighting. STAY AWAY ! Very unprofessional guy!
