• I had only seen how many stars they have for their review score when I originally booked these movers. It wasn't until later I saw that many customers we're complaining that they never confirmed their appointment or didn't even show up. For some reason 0 star reviews don't get calculated into the score for the movers.

• Daniel and the other guy are really professional and communicative. They are extremely cautious. No any damage to your furnitures. I made several moves. These were in the top 3. Only a bit slow, I guess due to their caution, completed 5 hours work in 7 hours.

• My previously scheduled movers cancelled at 1030pm the night before my move. I booked with Moving Fast at 1130 and wasn’t too hopeful they would be able to get here on short notice. I sent a text message and 10 minutes later got a phone call confirming the moving helpers for the morning. The movers were on time, polite, professional, and did a fantastic job with our belongings. I can’t say enough good things about this company and will be recommending them to anyone who needs moving help. Thank you again!

• We didn't use the service because the company (Moving Fast) has a moving reservation with another customer at the time we reserved (6pm). The company said we confirmed the time at 4pm but we've never said or confirmed it. Because we rented a truck at 1pm and needed to unload all things in WI, 4pm is impossible time we can get in IL. • I got a call from 224-735-1450 to originally schedule my move for 5:30p on 06/20/20. About 40 minutes until they were due for the job, I got a call from them saying that they needed to cancel because one of there crew members was injured. Although the guy told me they were a three man crew, I just needed two people. He didn't even offer to reschedule at a different time. It's weird to me though how Uhaul advertises MovingHelp.com as "safe, convenient, and reliable", neither of which are displayed. How does Uhaul advertise a three person crew company? This just seems like such a sham. They have no problem taking my money but they sure as hell make it difficult for me to get it back. I have doubts about the injury though even though I was apologetic and they reason why is because we had really bad thunderstorms that day and for me, it just seems like they didn't want to do the job. Whatever the case is, I need my money back. This is absolutely ridiculous. Extremely unreliable.

• They refused to complete the job which was supposed to be a load and unload because it was late and they were tired and still had an hour to drive to get home. But they arrived at 7 pm when they had agreed to arrive between 1 and 3. And they arrived after already having done too many jobs that day starting at 8 am. They loaded but wouldn't unload. They want me to just pay for the load but I am stuck with a full truck and no one to unload it. They refused to come back even the next day. It will be days before I can schedule someone else, and meanwhile it will be costing me hundreds to keep the unhaul truck while I am waiting on someone else.

• Took a lot of time. The lady promised me that they will get their own blankets, but the helpers arrived with none.

• I highly recommend Moving Fast because my college son was moving & could not be there. They packed up everything and you can imagine how a college student's apt is. They were patient, calm, the best

• Although the movers used their equipment they also used equipment that was rented from Uhaul(furniture dollie) and the equipment came up missing. Which I had to replace for an additional 75.00.

• Did not pack my truck correctly and this was according to the movers that came after them and completed what they left and the movers at my destination.Also could not tell me if my truck was big enuf.

• Both gentlemen were great! They organized our boxes and other furniture in the moving truck so that we only made one trip. I would highly recommend them!

• My property was damaged & when I called to complain I was told, "You get what you pay for. We charge much less than other companies."

  We surprised. Customer told us she doesnt have internet to pay online for aditional time and driving that movers warked. Movers were great and didnt do any damages to the furniture.

• These young men were on time, polite and I can NOT believe how well & skillfully they packed a 10' UHaul truck to get in much more than I expected. It was a pleasure to have them and I'd hire again.
