I’ve used Jet City Movers on my last two moves and have been so glad I did both times. Bill is an excellent communicator and called me promptly to discuss logistics and give some useful tips and checked in a couple of times, which was reassuring. They are punctual, efficient, professional, and their service feels like an excellent value for the hard work I put them through. My morale was low on the most recent move but working with Bill and Brian lifted my spirits and made the whole thing fun. Brian was so cheerful, whistling and telling jokes while briskly performing backbreaking labor on a hot day! I also really liked Sam, who helped out on my previous move. I recommend them to everyone I know!

Jet City Movers movers moved large items of mine from a Penske truck into my new two-story home. This included mattresses, drawers, tables, wooden bed frames, and an extremely heavy commercial treadmill. Communication prior to the move was efficient, including a quick text the day prior to the move verifying that they would show up at the agreed upon time. The move itself was also quick and efficient, and they readily agreed to move extra items as I realized I could use help with more items than originally planned. They walked the routes prior to moving items and also strategized regarding the order in which to move items to minimize tracking dirt on our floors. They were additionally extremely friendly! I highly recommend them.

Crew work slowly and stood around a bit. If another person and I had not help to unload the truck it would have taken longer than the 2 hours, I was told it would take for a 20-foot truck. The load was load in 2 hours at the loading site and also had stairs. SPD Case #21-223511 William Fletcher, or a Jet City Mover employee using William Fletcher's caller ID, verbally threatened my life and to commit other types of violence towards me over simply saying that U-Haul and Jet City Movers need to figure out their availability. At no point was I hostile, rude, etc. Meanwhile, William proceeded to call me a "You bitch, I'll kill you. FUCK YOU ILL KILL YOU BITCH." This unhinged explosion of anger means he cannot be trusted with the general public and Jet City Movers must be avoided. I've filed a police report against them for violent conduct, I'd suggest U-Haul remove them from the list.

The moving helper called initially to ask me my address, and move out details, and he suggested that we might need an additional person to help with the move within the time range, he would try to find an additional person to help with the move, just in case an additional person was needed, and he told me that he would call me back. A few minutes later he called back, and told me that my address was outside of their coverage and they were unable to accommodate my reservation and suggested me to find a local mover instead.

I just had THE WORST Service call from Jet City Movers, the mans name I do not remember I think it may have been Bill. He was rude curt and totally disrespectful he had no empathy and had no customer service skills. I will never use this sevice again ever in life! This man very rudely said I don't service renton and I asked him what did my order show he said it shows Renton I said well the web site accepted my offer and he said he said sometimes they make exceptions and when I told him this is all the money I have and it may take days before I get it back because it has already been removed from my account. And he said thats not my problem cancel the order and don't call us again! I tell you I have never been treated with such disrespect in my entire life And I will not be treated this way!
