• Showed up 15 minutes late and left 20 minutes early. Didn’t even finish emptying out the truck. If you are looking for a moving company that’ll move your light cube organizers and leave your heavy bedroom furniture, you’ve found your crew. A team that’ll gouge your stairs setting anything heavy on it to damage them, look no further. People that’ll put stuff in boxes that say upstairs office in the downstairs living room, you’ve found a winner here. No follow through, no problem! Knockout movers will blow any expectation of help into dust. I used many moving crews through uhaul without issue. These guys were terrible and I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

• We hired 2 workers for 4 hours, no call before arriving. 3 men showed up and worked 2.25 hours. They commented that this is always a problem with their customers but that they provide more in less time. I requested that my upholstered furniture be wrapped in the movers shrink wrap, which i provided and they did not use it. We had many wooden furniture items scratched, Legs broken off end tables, and crushed boxes. I am very disappointed.

• We weren't sure what information you needed and no one asked. There was no phone call after the reservation to go over details, and there wasn't a place on the Uhaul site to note what is being moved, etc. It would have been nice to have some peace of mind in the days leading up to the move to know you understand the job at hand. Communication could have been better before moving day, rather than me reaching out to the company twice. The actual movers who helped me move were absolutely fantastic though, 6 out of 5 stars.

• Move took longer than expected by DOUBLE. Didn't expect such long time moving from first floor. Several pieces of furniture had scratches/gouges, lamp shade was crumpled, picture glass was cracked.

  Apt moves take a little longer when you have a very long hallway. We would also recommend renting enough furniture pads to wrap furniture and pictures to prevent scratches/cracks during transport.
