• Reggie and Mickey were fantastic. They were very careful with my belongings. The read every box looking for fragile items and heavy items for proper stacking. They packed securely and tight so nothing would fall. They worked very hard and fast. They both had great personalities and were very easy to work with. I highly recommend them!

• They arrived an hour late at 5pm and left just before 6:15pm because they didn't like how we wanted to pack certain items. They said they were done so we spent the next 4 hours finishing the job by ourselves. I am willing to make a total payment of $112.50 reflecting the time they were there, even though they abandoned the job. If I need to re-book a 2 hour job, they wiukd need to decrease their rate to $57 for me to pay a full 2 hours. Customer service said I can only re-book a minimum of 2 hours.

• The only problem i had, was that i felt this was justvto expensive. It took them less than.two hours to move me. I felt the price was unfair, even if i used the whole three hours

  U was upset because you purchased 3 hrs & the job only took 1.5 hrs.Thats because i gave u 3 men when u only paid for 2.There is a 2 hr minimum you read it wrong & thought it was 3 hr minimum.Thanks
