Really appreciated the help and the movers were kind and efficient. However, this company needs to supply its workers with personal protection equipment as it's not appropriate to be providing this service without masks and gloves. I'm glad I had some disposable masks on hand for them to use.

The crew did a great job! We were booked for 6 hours and they worked solid and steady the whole time until we got everything done. They handled all our furniture very carefully and we were moved out of the old place and into the new without a scratch. I highly recommend them.

Andy Flores with Moving Professionals told me they are unable to do disassembly at all. I then had to request for disassembly of ONE queen size bed and he told me the following: "If your bed has tons of screw and bolts like an Ikea, we definitely do not disassemble. Too much of a liability for us." My bed IS an IKEA bed so this would have been great information to know beforehand. I called movinghelp.com and they told me that this was uncommon as almost all movers do BOTH disassembly AND reassembly as long as the customers provide the tools. I'm therefore canceling my move. Completely a hassle and disappointment. I also tried to call Andy and he didn't answer his phone, so I texted per his request. He was quick to give me the number to cancel the move and book with another company. Poor customer service.

I requested 9:00 AM. When we spoke on the phone he said 10:00 AM because he couldn't get his crew together before 10:00.
