• Excellent, professional, friendly. Very knowledgeable about their professions, especially Larry. I’m so grateful to have been able to hire them a second time, they take so much of the stress out of moving. Quick too, done ahead of schedule each time and always double check everything. Even found an open box and brought it to me to check and seal. Drove that load six hours away with a car on a trailer, only two thirds of the 20 foot truck full and the load didn’t shift one bit. I couldn’t have asked for more. I would hire them every move if I could.

• Great communication. I was contacted the day before to arrange a time, and they kept me updated on the day of the move. Arrived on time, got to work right away. The movers were very fast while still taking very good care of my furniture and other items. They completed the job faster than I thought would be possible - it would have taken my wife and I days to get done what they were accomplishing in minutes. I was very happy and would defiantly be using them again next time I need moving help.

• There was some minor communication issues, specifically I had booked for 3 movers for a two hour job however two men were on site; However, after looking at my receipt they did agree that I did book and had prorated the work based on my receipt. The gentlemen that helped loading our trailer did a fantastic job. They were efficient and had minor damages to two of our furniture pieces upon inspection after unloading our furniture at our new home. Accidents happen which is why I took insurance out for our move. Thanks again!

Henry immediately assessed what needed to be move and how each item should be placed to minimize movement during the drive. • Company Did not make proper recommendations. For example, should have said that we need more moving pads. Loaded furniture incorrectly, which. Caused damage to furniture. Also, went over slotted time. The company that unloaded did the work in the appropriate amount of time and were much more professional. Would not recommend going with perfect movers.

  Replying to Shawn. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. But clearly there was a bad winter storm advisory throughout the entire weekend. You were notified hours before your move. We explain to you that our guys are coming from Jamestown NY. We even tried to find movers in your area throughout the day, but most movers were closed due to the storm. We work very hard and go above and beyond for each and every customer. Our reviews speaks for itself. You don’t ever have to book us ever again.
