• I recently hired Jason and Harley's Valley Wide Moving for my move, and I can’t say enough good things about them! From start to finish, they were overall excellent. The team showed up right on time, which is always a relief when you’re dealing with moving day chaos. What really impressed me was how they navigated my tricky stairs and tight wall corners without any damage to my walls or furniture. They showed incredible attention to detail and care for my belongings, wrapping everything securely and treating my stuff like it was their own. You could tell they were experienced and knew exactly what they were doing. It was like watching a well-oiled machine! • I rented a 26' truck from U-Haul from Monday July 1, 2024, through Friday July 5, 2024. I used their online list for moving help. I booked & paid for the help from Jason and Harley's Valley Wide Moving for Wednesday July 3, 2024. I've already paid $567.95. The money is no longer in my account, either you or they have my money now. Order #08BC73FC. He confirmed yesterday in a text message, my address & the start time will be 10:00 am. Today he contacted me to tell me that he would not be coming & they are refusing the job because it's out of his zone. I understand if your moving help works in specific territories. What I don't understand is why he couldn't tell me on Monday when we confirmed the move & again yesterday when he confirmed the time & location of the move in writing attached to his phone number. I have to be out of the house I'm in by Friday. As I told him I only need help with some heavy items. Appliances, bedroom furniture, etc. I told him I would have everything taken apa

• I am a mover from NY. June 23 and I had to unload a 26 foot truck in Glendale. I contacted Jason and Cameron from the Uhaul website. I am big on communication and the communication from these guys from the start was excellent. The day I needed their help inform me early. We’re running 30 minutes late, which was no problem. As far as the unload of the truck these guys were excellent. They do not want to take any breaks And officially done everything off while paying attention to the walls of the new home and any other areas were damaged sometimes occurs. Both of these guys were very hard workers. It was extremely hot the day of the unload, but they had their cooler of water and were good. If you need Moving help when you see these guys listed on the Uhaul website of a moving company I would ONE HUNDRED PERCENT recommend them. I don’t usually leave reviews for anything unless I’m happy and I was extremely happy with both of these men and the job they did. My customer was happy too.

• Overall a very good experience. The team consisted of 1 very experienced male mover and 1 female who by her own admission was a 'helper not a mover'. That isn't too much different from other moving teams I've used in the past where there's usually one of them with more experience. But in this case, my greater concern was she was obviously quite inexperienced and seemed not to have as much strength for certain tasks to the point that I felt like I needed to help out for some things. With that said, the experienced mover did an EXCELLENT job loading the truck (seriously one of the best loading jobs I've seen) and carefully moving things while also being extremely quick and efficient. They also personally went over and above in taking a few items off my hands for me that I was getting rid of. They showed up more or less on time and responded to my communication. So the bottom line was I was totally cool with them and they did great overall and I'm happy to recommend them.

• Took wayyyyyyy too long. To load and unload a 1 bedroom apt with one extra bed should have been done is 2 hours. It took them 4. Good work tho. Only broke one thing from what I’ve noticed, altho they did damage my staircase moving the couch in. I would use again as long as they move faster.

• I am VERY unhappy with these movers. They were tasked with loading a 26ft truck with the contents of 2 storage units, 10x20 and 10x10. I asked the guys to Tetris every square inch of space because I was very worried everything wouldn’t fit. They assured me repeatedly it would and the first half of the truck was tight. The main guy (Jason, I think) started getting a bit nasty when I started pushing to get the furniture loaded. From there it was a mess. They just shoved stuff in there, stacking heavy furniture on an antique dresser I specifically asked them not to do, and left behind a 4th of one of the units. We had to pull the entire front half off that night due to how poorly it was packed. They didn’t use any of the straps provided, so furniture had fallen over and boxes (including my heirloom china) were being crushed. Fragile boxes were upside down and light boxes clearly marked TOP were put underneath heavy kitchen boxes. We ultimately got almost everything on the truck.

• Communication was a little bit difficult, but they were able to show up and move a whole 2 bedroom and 2 bath townhome (2 sets of stairs) and a garage, within less than 3 hours. Jason and Sage worked fast and made sure to be careful with the items and watching out for the walls, frames, and doors. I would definitely use them again.

• Jason and his crew made themselves available on short notice after a different company left the job. They worked very hard on a hot August day. They did there best to carefully handle our items and not damage the houses. Most problems were on my end. I would recommend completely disassembling large items that you assembled on location (particularly second floor) because the item will probably not easily be moved, if at all, between floors. While I give them 5 stars for such a great job under the circumstances, I would recommend better communication between team members about accidents. I totally expect dings and nicks during the moving process, especially between moving items between multi-level structures, but I really appreciate when someone calls out a scratch or ding on a wall or floor or moved item. It's better to own these things in a trust relationship.

• Jason is a liar, he called me to set up the appointment, I gave him the day, time and address and what the job details, he said that I nothing to worry and he will be there. Jason never showed up. I called, texted begging him to come, nothing, he finally contacted me saying that his son woke up and he didn't hear the alarm. • Jason asked me to sign a blank agreement for time worked before they began. I told him I would sign for the time worked once they were done. He insisted his contract didn't say that , when I showed him where it did indeed say that he skipped I've that part to point out his liability waiver. I was fine with the liability portion but the signature was for both statements. I told him again I would sign for work completed once it was completed. He said he would not do the job and left.

• Jason had a new person working with him. the day of my move. That person did not help much, therefore it took Jason a lot longer to load and he became very frustrated. Jason himself worked hard.
