When I picked up my truck, I didn’t think there was any way possible that all of my stuff would fit. These professionals managed it, and even left room for my couple of pieces of luggage that I will add later today. They were kind, courteous, helpful and very hard working. I tipped in cash.

They were patient with me packing as the move was happening which was nice. They were friendly and asked questions on what needs to be moved and what didn't. The packing job they did in the truck was also awesome as they made great use of their bungies. They also didn't damage the furniture padding that I rented which was also great. All in all, great experience. Thanks for making my first time hiring movers a smooth experience.

Today the moving team was on time and ready to start moving all of our items that we had in a tightly packed garage. They also went out of their way and picked up appliances at a separate destination prior to the move. I normally am very picky when it comes to ratings and comments, but Today these guys were awesome. They did what they had to do to make sure that we were going to be OK from the loading and then unloading at our new address. They made sure they stayed as late as we needed. To making sure that we were not gonna be the ones stuck with unloading the truck, even though they were under tight time constraints. If you want a team of dedicated movers that think of their customers first you have picked the correct ones.

Nice. Polite. Depends what you want. Unnecessarily meticulous. If you just want to get A to B, their caution & time are overkill. We unloaded most things ourselves bc we needed to move faster. Up 2 U.

Do to the Morning appiontment and the unforseen change in their schedule, They weren't able to be at our appt. at 5pm. They kept us aware of the situation and brought a 3rd person to make up for it.

Movers never called to confirm reservation. I called once and left a voicemail, with no response. However I'm not sure the number is even correct as the voicemail message doesn't say anything about the company and is just the standard 'the number you are trying to reach is unavailable. please leave a message.' recording. I tried phoning again with no answer. I cannot risk them not showing up, so I am canceling and finding someone else ahead of time.
