• I never heard from Incredible Hulk Movers on the scheduled date so my wife and I moved the items ourselves, including a washer and dryer. Thus, the payment code was never given to the movers as they never performed the work and should not be paid fir services not rendered.

• Very nice guys. Lifted heavy furniture and worked hard and quickly. However, they don't understand how to load a truck and wasted a third of the truck space. Had to unload and reload when they left. Some items were damaged. But overall they did the heavy lifting and were very nice.

• The mover kept pushing the time back and wanted to reschedule for the morning after initially agreeing to an afternoon (5:30-6pm) trip. They were very unprofessional as we had to extend our truck hours after the first pushback and continued to do so. Very unhappy.

• I called the helper for information, they said "I will call you right back" 24 hours passed and received no call until I contacted moving help, then I received a text, not a call. They advised that my move time wouldn't be until afternoon. I thought I requested morning but they advised I requested anytime. • Charles was prompt to text. We confirmed a move in time and location (despite it being different than that stated online. On the day of the move, he was not there. Furthermore, he was inaccessible by phone and hours later when he did finally contact us, he was very unprofessional. As a result we are discouraged to use MovingHelp again for our needs.

• 2 guys showed up to help us load but it seemed like 1 knew what he was doing and the other seemed lost. The other guy also dropped some of our stuff and scratched our entertainment center.
