• This was a terrible experience out of all the moves I've done with other companies this company is the worst. Not only did I wait 30 minutes past the 2 hour window I waited at my storage for them. The guys knew better than me on how to move my stuff and continued to damage it. Brand new items just sadly ruined. I would not recommend this company for the fact that I asked if I could get a time of arrival and they just said my 2 hour window over and over but didn't even show up within it. Then the attitude of the workers and all the repetitive damage done to my items. I would hope you choose a better company for your move than this one. How terrible of a situation to pay for.

• Communication was great at first. I got a text right away. The day the movers came, a storm blew in. They were sent away until the storm resided. We had issues trying to get them back so we texted. The owner who was not with the movers turned into a jerk about the issue, but the moving guys were VERY awesome once they came back and got it all moved. Seems the storm threw off the owners schedule and he was not willing to communicate as well as he did in the beginning. Great service as long as no weather issues arise; otherwise, you have to deal with the owner. Kick the owner. Keep the guys! Tip the guys. Not in the app. That way the owner doesn’t get it.

• Adrian and the movers were awesome and got my 20 ft truck unloaded, with items placed where I wanted them, in a little under 90 minutes. They were also very flexible with me as I was driving up the same day and they adjusted their start time to accommodate my arrival. The guys were very professional and did an amazing job. • The move was scheduled for a morning unload, and early afternoon I hadn't heard anything so I called to check the status and the guy told me not to talk while he spoke to someone on a radio. He cut me off and I had to call him back. Need to have any communication with the customer before doing a job, and especially if they are going to be late.

• The movers were prompt and very nice. The move was completed ahead of expected time. The only concern was they damaged the dresser pretty significantly. The move was completed 2.5 hours instead of 4 hours. so we asked if they could substitute the remaining 1.5 hours as their tip and charge the full amount. They could never reach their supervisor to discuss, so they simply charged the full 4 hours.
