• The moving company reached out to me a day before the job to confirm the time. I rented a U-haul half an hour before their agreed upon arrival time and they never showed up. I ended up having to move myself since I had already bought the U-haul. It was a very frustrating experience and I am very disappointed they didn’t show up to move my things. • We had a packed 26 ft truck and I requested a 3 person crew to help unload the truck. Unfortunately we only got a 2 person crew so we had to be creative on how to get the job done in 3 hours. Success

• The 2 guys who came were very nice, polite and on time. But they damaged my furniture. There is now a tear in the the hide-a-bed. My dresser has huge scratches. Chipped wood everywhere. Disappointed.

  This is funny because you watched us out blankets on all of the furniture and even use straps to tie thing down.. The piece of furniture that I saw had scratches could not have happened then..
