Great movers! I had a difficult time with my uhaul truck and they were patient and understanding. They did their best to accommodate me during a very stressful move. This was my second time using this company and I would recommend them to anybody :).

When after the move I set up my adjustable base and noticed that my wires had gotten split during the move and now it it not working and the Side of my king size mattress has large split underneath it and the side handle was ripped from the side.

I recently hired 2 and 3 man crews on multiple occasions. These guys are fantastic, professional, strong, uses the dollies to move more faster. Requested to be paid up front for the anticipated extra hour instead of working the two hours that I had already paid for, to see if an additional hour was going to be needed. After I gave my credit card and he billed me for $75 he requested to have the Uhaul codes so he could be paid up front because he felt that I was being difficult.. Joshua was unable to drive truck due to personal reason. He was the only additional Driver on my rental truck contract. Joshua agreed to refund an hour of unloading that was on the second job of loading and unloading, as payment was released in full for 3 hourstrategy including an hour of unload in addition to 2 hours of loading.

The movers arrived about 3-4 hours later than was originally promised. The movers did not help unload some of the items that they loaded. Communication was okay. Price a little too much for service.
