• Orlando is very personable. He arrived on time and was friendly, knowledgeable and creative. He dealt with furniture disassembly and packing (creative) and truck loading without damaging anything. I would certainly hire him again.

• Orlando arrived with a big smile on his face which never faded, even as he worked super hard for hours on a hot summer day. His workers did the same. Very, very professional. Would give them my highest recommendation and would use them again!

• The guys were extremely helpful with the move. They went above and beyond, even helping move some of my new roommates' furniture from another apartment. Orlando is extremely handy as well and was able to disassemble a sectional couch and other pieces of furniture to be able to get it up a narrow set

• over an hour late. 6 floor walk up - asked for 3 movers but was told 2 would be fine. Took them over two hours to move a mattress and 10 small boxes to a truck (and I helped). But they were polite

• Main guy & his two young movers were inexperienced though polite, but spent most of their times on their cellphones and unable to pick up boxes, which caused them to drop them and break fragile items

  Sorry to hear some items were damaged. Heavy boxes are not an issue for us, however fragile items in them may break in transit. I need to take business calls and made sure not charge for extra time.
