• Muscle movers were great, they sent out two people who were incredibly efficient and conscientious of our time. We were moving within our complex and had even had to take two trips but still made it within the allotted time. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again for future moves.

• I didn't actually cancel the move, but I was unable to access the code or reset my password when the job was completed. So I had to call in with credit card payment, even though I had already been charged. The movers told me to cancel the job after the fact, and the original charge would be refunded. • There was an error in my contact info, so I never received the Payment Code. Muscle Movers needed to be paid after the work was completed, so I paid them $525 with my credit card. I tried to get Moving Helper to resend the code, but they just sent it to the wrong contact again. On a side note, their service was a huge waste of my time and money! I had to unload/reload half of the truck by myself and found my flat screen TV under an exercise elliptical, a table, and some weights. Fortunately nothing was broken.
