The moving helper was not responsive. I placed the order on Saturday 2-6-2016 at 8:30 pm. Per the U-Haul website the moving helpers are to contact me within 24 hours. I did not hear from the moving helpers. I called them on Monday morning at 10:58 and was told they were busy on a job and that somebody would call me back. I could not wait to hear back from someone to confirm they were prepared to help, so I scheduled a moving company and also cancelled my U-Haul reservation.

JC & his cousin were 60% completed in 30 min. Told us they should be done in 1 hr vs. 2hrs paid for. Then they seemed to slow down & they even added 1 hr we had to pay=3 hrs. Very disappointed

Lori your apt was in the 4th floor. Elevator was slow, and to top it off your truck was 200ft+ away from the elevator. Don't forget I (JC) was using two dollies at the same time, one on each hand.
