• Called to confirm this morning. They said they had computer glitch and missed order. They said they would try after other job, but despite saying they would call back, never did. Called Moving Help customer service, waited 25 minutes, the rep called them on another number and they told him they would call us in 30 minutes. Nothing. Can't wait to give them worst review in history. Please refund my money.

• I have experienced two different types of movers in the Savannah-Midway, GA. This company is most ideal. They have been in business for years, and it shows their level of professionalism and expertise. Very professional, hard-working, no lallygagging, and respectful. • We used 5 Star Labor Co. To move unload a 26ft Uhaul into a storage unit. For 3 days prior to the move I was continually messaging with Gavin about the move and he was always kind, respectful, and timely in response. He and his crew showed up on time for the job ans got right to work. They had very positive attitudes, were very friendly and kind, professional, and worked very hard. They had the uhaul fully unloaded in half the time we expected. We are extremely happy with their service and we will definitely be using them again when we buy our next house and move. Thank you Gavin and crew, sorry I forgot all of your names but you guys are awesome and we are so appreciative for your help and your patience with us! And a very special thank you to the one that jumped my car for me! Highly highly recommend this crew!

• OMG!! Someone referred this company to me and at first I was a little nervous. I didn’t like the fact that I had to rent and drive my own truck for them to just come load it up. Once the guys arrived I was like ok cool let’s see how this goes. These guys were professional and so respectful!! The way they loaded up everything in the truck neatly and left no space was amazing, I was definitely shocked! I tried to grab some of the smaller things to not waste much time but they didn’t let me touch a thing! We ran over time and the manager sent a text to check in and made it very convenient to add more time. The entire service was A1 and honestly, I wasn’t expecting such high level of service or professionalism. I had to call the person who referred them and thank them! Even the rate was the best over all the companies I reached out to before. I will definitely be saving this company for my future moves. Awesome job guys!

• There were some scheduling conflicts at first due to U-Haul truck availability and cancelled reservations, then when I asked to reschedule for Sunday, they confirmed. However they claimed that on the way to the job their truck broke down and they couldn’t make it. They said they’d look for another crew and then I didn’t hear back from them.

• The movers were told numerous times before the move they would be coming into a military installation. They told my family it would be no issue they had done military moves before. The day of the move they show up to the front gate of the base and are told they have to go through inspection. The movers then tell my husband they can’t go through the inspection because they have firearms in their vehicle. The movers left the gate and never contacted us after to let us know they would not be coming to do the move.

• They were patient as I was running late but the wait time was deducted from my start time as it should have been. Movers showed up with no moving material or equipment. The uhaul was poorly packed and the broke the bottom of my dresser and didn't even mention it to me. I would not recommend using.

• They were scheduled to come at 9 am, then when they called they said they couldn't do 9 am but could do 10 am. Then yesterday they called and said that 2 of the employees had a family member pass away so that he was going to get another crew to do the move but it would be 12 pm before they could get there. At 1 pm they still hadn't shown and we called and text numerous times and finally got a reply from Gavin who said they should have shown up hours ago and was going to check on it. We haven't heard from him since. The least he could have done was notified us that they were unable to do the job. This is the third time we have hired movers through your website and only once did we get a company that did their job correctly. The other company took two days to finish their job and we still had to pay them overtime which they requested in cash. After this move is complete on the other end, I doubt we will ever hire anyone through your website.
