  • Dominic and his crew were great! Very good communication beforehand, arrived on time, and got right to work. The truck we had was unloaded in only about 30 mins. They placed everything where we wanted and were pleasant to work with. I was so thankful to not have to lift any furniture or boxes and this team took care of it and it was a reasonable price.

  • through this whole move I have learned to hate U-Haul. The prior movers I had load my containers was a nightmare. The one I originally had to unload them was a no-show. But these guys are on a different level!!! From the start, I knew what was going on. when they got to U-Haul, U-Haul was having issues finding my boxes, these guys stayed and worked it all out and I dint have to do anything. When they got to my storage unit, I was having issues getting in, and there was no guff from them. Things had to be moved around in the storage to make room, and they had no problem doing that for me. I wish I had these guys from the start as it would have saved me a world of pain.

  • We Paid for 4 hours of service , actually service performed was about 2 hours and 30 mins , consider the extra hour and 30 mins tip for the service. They did a great job.

  • Calvin and Chris were fantastic! They worked super hard to pack more than I ever thought possible in the truck during an exceptionally hot and humid day. I should have hired more movers for more time with the amount of stuff I had, but Calvin and Chris worked with the strength and stamina of two guys each. Can't thank them enough!

  • We were very satisfied with the moving service! The helpers were responsible, well-organized, and clearly knew what they were doing. They were also very easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. A special shoutout to Mike-he was incredibly helpful, hardworking, and dedicated to making sure everything went smoothly.   • I’m very disappointed with the service I received. The movers arrived nearly 30 minutes late without any communication. I need help load a UHaul truck, but they seemed to ignore the fragile labels on some boxes and loaded everything without any clear organization. Boxes were placed all over the truck. While moving a small couch, they broke one of the wooden legs. I initially thought they were going to reattach it, but they ignored the damage and moved on. I had to ask them about it and eventually ended up fixing it myself. While I was doing that, one of the movers said something like It doesn’t matter...it is just an old couch. I paid for two hours of service, and they were there for approximately 40 mins. After they left, my husband and I had to reload and rearrange much of the truck ourselves just to clear the boxes out of the way and make some room.

  • Even with a little bit of a delay to arrive due to a prior job going over, which actually ended up working very well on our end due to our own delay, they were extremely communicative about it and were very helpful when they arrived. Not a single thing broke outside of a couple items that I didn't expect to survive the trip anyways due to them already barely holding together.

  • They were very accommodating and very professional. They pointed out that the scratches to my appliances and furniture were done by my moving help loaders-- not them. They warned me that my refrigerator had been screwed up when the others loaded it on its side-- not just the scratches, but the machine should not be plugged in for over a day. One thing that shows how helpful they were, I presumed that they would automatically know how to remove the top of my washer in order to stack the dryer on top. Although they didn't know how to do this for an older washer, they did assess the situation and figured out where to store the dryer until I could figure it out. They asked for my opinion on what to move when and where to move it, very courteous. If something I asked for wasn't possible, they explained and told me the possible alternatives.

The handle the move with ease and required very little guidance or than basic info of what was being taken and where some things should go. The pack the u-haul perfectly and move us into our new home in a breeze. They were both very kind guys and they made my 7th move in the past 8 years one of the easiest ever. I would recommend these movers to anyone who wants to quick and easy move, especially if you have little homes at home, having this service takes the headache away.

From the beginning, their communication was great. I really liked that their team member took the time to call the day before to go over the service details and confirm the exact time they were to arrive. They were punctual, which is always great! They were very professional during their whole visit. Asking ahead of time (and throughout) where things needed to be placed. They took time to put together a few cabinets that had a base or a top. They moved quickly and were courteous. At the end, they asked and confirm everything was placed where we needed and that nothing was damaged.

  • prior to the move Dominique reached out to confirm the details I requested a low time of 10 AM and he confirm that would work. Erik then called me the day before to get dressed details and when I told him 10 AM, he said that that would not work. The whole time while there it was extremely rude. Following the move, they pressured me into tipping via Venmo as they just stood around on the property asking me was I done with their services. following the move, Dominik called me multiple times after I requested him to stop calling me because I began to feel harassed at his repeated calls. I even spoke to the owner and he said he would make things right on his end first with refunding me my tip via Venmo that Christopher pressured me into due to feeling uncomfortable.

  • Even after I woefully underestimated the amount of time it would take to pack my daughter’s apartment into the U-Haul, Angel and team stayed the course. Love how well they organized and packed the U-Haul to ensure we could get everything in. They did a great job at protecting everything and ensuring nothing got damaged. We had originally hired other movers that fell through and we panicked because we thought there was no way we would get new movers on such short notice.   • I had some very large heavy items to be moved that would have taken at least 4 people to get in trucks, and a very difficult riding mower to get into the truck. Brett and Caleb were highly professional, organized, and courteous with us, our dogs, and our items. They were able to get the boxes and large items in with just the two of them and they worked efficiently and diligently. They went above and beyond to make sure the high priority items were loaded safely and securely. These guys made the day SO much easier during a really tough move and I would highly recommend these services.   • I moved more than 2000 miles and drove through the Rockey Mountains, and on arrival, not a single thing had shifted. They also responded the late evening the night before when I forgot to double during work hours to confirm they were coming. Ryan and Levi were my exceptional movers. They gave me a heads up phone call when they were on their way with estimated arrival time. Arrived on time. We’re friendly and ready to work. Moved efficiently. Packed the Uhaul flawlessly as nothing moved after 2.5 hour drive via interstate and country roads. They also helped load a chair into my friend’s car and load up trash to take to the dumpster in another. They went above and beyond. When I was emotional about missing my cat who passed the month before, they gave me a minute to have some space to grieve. So thoughtful. They contacted me well before the move to discuss my move and to get an idea of any special things I was gonna need. And then they followed up the day before. And then that leader of the person that was going to actually help with my Mover contacted me and we had great communication during the whole process. The two gentlemen that helped move us were very, very nice and respectful and very, very helpful to me and my sister. They helped us put up bed frames and they helped us put our TV into our protective box. They were willing to stop and get some tools if need be, but luckily I was able to get those tools myself They went well well beyond and I would highly highly highly recommend them and the two gentleman that helped me that day I would highly recommend them.   • My crew, Jake and Randall, worked very hard during my unpacking. They asked where to put boxes and furniture to make sure things were in the right place. They were careful and worked as a team to move things without damage. They called and texted throughout the day to keep me updated on their schedule. Scheduling the move was also great - the company called me the day after I had booked it on the U-Haul website to confirm the date and time, get info about my move, and make sure I knew how to get in touch with them. I contacted them a few more times via text and always got a courteous and quick response. It was clear that each member of the team was focused on customer satisfaction, and it really made a stressful day more manageable. I will definitely use Moving you Forward in the future.

I noticed a couple things get set down with a little less care than we’d probably like, but no problems have been noticed with the unpacked items so far. A team of 3 guys helped me clear out two storage units, load it into a U Haul, and unload it in a house in Indy.   • Jake and Allen were incredible. We would HIGHLY recommend them. As team leader, Jake, kept me apprised of the necessary details. They arrived to the job site a few minutes early. They were both friendly, fast, and efficient. They took due-care with all of our furniture. They staged boxes throughout the house, exactly as directed. There was one piece of furniture that we particularly worried about. We wanted it upstairs but, size-wise, it seemed an impossible ask. Admittedly, it took them a few minutes but they puzzled it out - and, thankfully, they managed to get it up the very narrow staircase with no mishaps. My husband was concerned that the two hour block of time we scheduled would not be enough time. No worries - Jake and Allen never stopped running. They finished with time to spare. When I asked my husband his thoughts, he simply said 'they were awesome'.

  • The two guys who helped me were very nice and I believe they tried really hard to do a good job for me, but there were certain items that didn't fit my storage unit because they put in the couch I told them to leave out if there wasn't room. I had to donate the things that didnt fit. I could have had them remove the couch, but we were already 3 hours over because they took so long trying to cram everything in. I would be happy to use the same two guys in the future, but I would definitely be more unsistent about what items were non-negotiable if there wasn't room.

  • The three gentlemen that helped us move were professional and hussled when they were on the clock. They even didn't charge us when they under-packed the truck, requiring more time to complete the job. The three star overall review is just because they need more experience. Several of our wood pieces have scratches on them that we're noticing now that we're getting settled, and there are some fresh dings and scratches in the newly painted walls of our house that will need repair as well. Again, great people with a strong work ethic (they were very upfront about the wall damage as well), but just need a little extra care in handling.

  • We appreciated the professionalism of our movers. They managed to get a lot of belongings into a small space. We do wish, however, that they had wrapped more of our belongings in the moving blankets that we had rented, because several things ended up with scratches or dings. One item got broken during the move, and we expect it was because it had heavy things stacked on top of it. Still, our movers were easy to work with, and they got the job done.
