• In a hurry? I’ll get right to the point. Convenient Moving with Maxwell and Yannick are the best I’ve ever seen. They will be doing my future moving. Maxwell contacted me when I looked into having my household goods off-loaded into storage by Convenient Moving. I had a 14-hour drive ahead of the offload, and while I had it narrowed down to the day and probable arrive time, I wasn’t 100 on the exact hour that I would arrive in Edmonton. Maxwell suggested staying in contact via text and that this situation was not a barrier for a successful move into storage. What a relief it was to hear that after a week of hearing everything but that. On the appointed hour Maxwell and Yannick showed up and got to work. You can’t off load into the lot and decide what should go where. It’s Everything Everywhere All at Once! Maxwell and Yannick work from that script. As a team they adjust to best purpose, load safely and effectively. Always a pleasure to watch people who know how to do a thing, do it.

• Communication leading up to the move was excellent. They also offered to drive the truck for a small additional fee, which was nice because driving the uHaul is intimidating. The two young gentlemen who arrived were professional and treated my items with care. I had help from a friend to load the truck properly and had she not been there, I don’t know if it would have been done to the same standard. Overall, I am very happy with the service. Moving is expensive, but this was definitely an easy, affordable way to move.

• Musa who came with John to my apartment he gave me his service, they streched it. Not John but Musa tried to make 3 hours work look like 5 and i was already in panic coz of bad weather in Edmonton on 30th November and i had to vacant my apartment and leave to Winnipeg in U haul truck. He Charged me 525$ and asked me to pay in cash, i paid $290 cash and remainig $235 via e transfer to an email which Musa gave it to me. I have all evidence of this corruption. You charged me here thn why they asked me money again. I gave it to them. I will wait for your kind response and strong action on this. Regards

• Came with 3 guys and had my 20' truck unloded in an hour. Very nice and professional. Minor last min issue with scheduling but they had it resolved quickly enough.

• The job was to load 1 UBOX container. It took about 2hrs to load it. They tried insistently to charge me for an extra hour, although moving help email support and UHAUL confirmed that loading/unloading a UBOX container is a flat rate and does not depend on the number of helpers or the time spent. • Our moving crew consisted of two high school boys, one of whom had no moving experience or training and required constant direction and supervision. They also did not have transportation home and we ended up driving them to a nearby mall where they could wait to be picked up by a friend. The service

Unfortunately, one did not have enough experience but the other guy has moved several customers in the past. My apologies for the inconvenience of having to drive them to a mall.
