• Movers were rude on the phone when scheduling a time. Tried to refuse service because of a dropped phone call. Movers then arrived and did not complete job or leave it in a clean and organized manor. Refused to move piano that had already been discussed unless I paid an additional $500.

  You did not have a dropped called when we initially reached out. I have text messages that will prove that's not accurate. You literally answered the phone and said I don't need movers I have them already an then hung the phone up. Then wouldn't answer the call as we attempted to call you back. 2nd YOU picked how many hours you needed our services for. We worked non stop for that time period. Unfortunately you weren't prepared to move. And 3rd never once was a piano mentioned on the phone. An I never told you 500 I told you 375 which is pretty standard for a piano.
