• would not hire again. complained the whole time while hitting every corner, wall and piece. moved SO slow (as in carrying a single couch cushion or just a vacuum). just piled everything in the closest area instead of placing it in the proper rooms. somehow took twice as long to unload than it took to pack up in a small pod. the woman i scheduled with was also incredibly rude and sarcastic.

• The movers did a fantastic job. They arrived 10 minutes early. My move was scheduled for 2 hours but they had 3 hours blocked out. My move took 2hrs and 15 minutes. I agreed to pay another full 1 hour, since they do not charge quarterly (hr) so they could finish unloading the last remaining heavier items. It’s too bad they couldn’t modify the 15 min over 2 hours. $145 for 15 min was a steep price to pay. But, I had moved things all day, the day prior. I felt bad for the movers but, I gave no tip due to that charge. The $108 ($145 divided by 4) should cover it.

From inadequate initial miscommunication in understanding work load, to the services requested, gas lighting reply to a public review on Google, and snarky text response in regards to the review. • Savonte & Boston where the two young men that actually came to move me today. First off I have all plans to have my stuff packed up however due to the pain I live with that didn't happen. These two gentlemen weren't supposed to be there between 1-2pm. However they got their job done before me early so they have called me and asked if they can come to my place I was all for it however I didn't get any of my stuff done. these two young men stepped it up and did exactly everything that I had asked of them. they were respectful, they were understanding to the pain i am living with. I wasn't going to have them pack cuz I want to do it. they actually did the packing for me, they did the loading up in the truck and they did the unloading of the truck. yes it did cost me another $100 cuz I had to go for 3 hours instead of two, but the pain I'm in right now that $100 is well worth the penny. A huge thank you to both them young men. I wish I could give y'all a tip. Y'all deserve it
