• Got a text saying they'll be here at noon and at 1200 hours 30 seconds they knocked on my door. Didn't damage anything, finished the job on time with some time to spare so they helped me out. A+ definitely calling back.

  Some customers mistakenly rate their experiences with a U Haul center on this forum and we are sure it is the case here.

• They expected us to pay for the uhaul trailer rental fee for delivery when I was under the impression they would supply the equipment for delivery. However it was only $5. The driver more than made up for it when he helped unload even though he was not asked or expected to help with the unloading. W

  Very disappointed with this comment. Guys worked in sub zero temperatures on very icy surfaces and did an excellent job even loading up more than the customer anticipated. Extra care was observed and although there was one slip up due to customer's slippery garage surface, the old bookshelf was not damaged by our helpers.

• All our things got on the truck. Not all things were covered with the furniture pads as they should have been. I just happened to be standing next to the ramp to catch a falling box.
