• The moving company wants to charge me two additional hours for travel time. THey should not advertise themselves as available for jobs in my area if they wish to charge 400 dollars to travel to my area. This is extremely frustrating, and now I'm 5 days before my scheduled move, without unpackers. This is the second company from your site that has left me high and dry. I don't think I will be using your site again.

• The movers never showed up or contacted me the day they were supposed to be at my location. Then I could not reach anyone. I left voicemails and called multiple times. Then I got a call 2 days later and was informed the movers were at my location. I didn’t have notice of them coming to my location. I was NEVER given a time. Therefore I could not reserve a truck. Their manager yelled at me over the phone and said “you should’ve booked 90 days out”. They shouldn’t have accepted the job if they couldn’t complete the job. No communication. No call no show. The move was never completed.

• I am canceling this moving help because they didn't show. I talked to them on Tuesday October 6, 2020 and was told that they would be there. Someone put in the date I needed them as October 14, 2020. So I talked to Kansas City and they told me that it would be change on their end but I need to call U-Haul. So I called you guys several times to get this done and was told it would be taken care of but I guess it never was. This meant that my ex girl friend and I had to unload the truck by ourselves. This didn't make either one of us happy at all. I am very upset about it all.
