I have used movers in the past but never had a good experience until using Wolfpack Moving. They were all extremely polite and considerate. They moved with a sense of urgency while still being mindful and careful with my belongings and they finished quickly. No standing around as I’ve experienced in the past. Moreover, they came at the last minute on Easter Sunday as I had avoided using movers this time but found myself unable to complete the job. If you have to move and need help, this is your go to company!!!! I wouldn’t dream of using another moving company. So refreshing to see people who work hard and provide phenomenal customer service with a smile and sense of humor. I loved them!

They did a great job overall. They communicated well. Helped me get the 26’ truck in the right spot. The only blemish was in taking sooo much care to pack things that it slowed down the process and I had to pay for an extra hour that I really couldn’t afford. If I had noticed the time I would have ask they get they heavy things in and I’ll take care of the rest. Because we started a little late I wasn’t that sure on the time so maybe when the original time is up, they could give the client a heads up and let them choose to continue with their service for the extra cost or not. Again, overall they did a great job and I would recommend them.

You had no straps and no pads for the men to load with we did the load but not the unload nothing was damaged during the load at all so if there was damage you may want to look at the crew that unloaded you, as for the couch the men told you the legs needed to be taken off to fit through the door with out damaging your property and you and your girlfriend forced the couch through the door and damaged your own couch, this is all u fortunate but any damage that was done to your belongings either happend from you or the crew you hired to unload your belongings. We did not damage any of your property and the proper care was taken along with the proper protocol.

I tried to schedule for moving help the day of placing the order. The order I made over the phone was unable to be completed because when I called to confirm the work order the person told me they might be able to and said they would call me back. After a few hours of waiting for a call back, and calling back, I assumed that they could not make my order for today and am rescheduling for something tomorrow morning. I have a u-haul truck being rented and really need to get moving help before the deadline for my truck rental.

At 3:31 PM for a scheduled 4:00-4:15 PM arrival, Wolf Pack moving informed me that they a previous job ran a 'bit' long and they would be unable to arrive until approximately 5:30 PM. To give 29 minutes notice that they would be one hour and fifteen minutes to one hour and thirty minutes late is not acceptable. I had an appointment to pick up furniture from a private seller between 4:30 and 5:00 PM which they caused me to miss, embarrassing me, and cost me the price of a U-haul truck rental, which I had rented and was waiting for them to assist me with and now have to pay for without being able to use it. Unreliable, would not recommend.

Movers tore a 3 inch hole in my couch, damaged dresser and hutch and then placed blame on me for failing to provide enough padding even though i rented pads from uhaul and offered addtl blankets.
