Absolutely outstanding crew in every way went above and beyond and exceeded expectations. We are so happy and relieved to have the move handled so smoothly and efficiently. I spoke with this provider earlier this morning and confirmed everything. He assured me that my job was confirmed and that he would text me by 3:00 PM today with the name of the moving helper that was coming to my job. I sent 3 text messages to this company and left two urgent voicemails after 3:00 PM asking him to confirm or let me know if they are not coming today at 5:00 PM. I am still waiting to hear back from them and they do not answer messages or calls. I would like to cancel this job and be refunded entirely back on my American Express account. Movers were late. Shawn was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Charged 45 dollars for 20 min after the 2 hrs when it states on site that it would be an extra hour. Would not recommend.

These Moving Helpers deserve a terrible review. Shaun took down my address a day before the move, sent me a calendar appointment and then - 6 hours later - called my phone, did not leave a message when I was unable to answer and cancelled my move with no email (despite knowing my email), and no text message. When I finally reached him the morning of my move, he said this address is outside their coverage zone. Maybe they should set up their coverage zone correctly with movinghelp. Someone at Ayodele movers or movinghelp did a shoddy job and dropped the ball here and this lead to me having a terrible experience.
