• Very professional and fast, and I'll be super happy to contract them again. The only drawback is that the minimum job is 2h and we were done in less than 1h. It would be good to have reduced time for "small" moves... but it is the minimum time the webpage allows.

• I will start off by saying the organization is great. Mr. Fox and his team works fast. Despite how he talks to them, he make sure your items are safely brought and put on the truck. He like to show you where he sits your fragile items and give tips on how to now damage them while moving. The issue:

• This was the worst experience I ever had. First arrived over an hour and an half late. Complained the entire time and did not come with the help that was expected so basically had one person doing all the work. • This service was great. The owner, Mark Foxworth was a fantastic communicator. He helped us with more information than we knew we needed. He packaged our glass tops so that nothing was broken, and we were only expecting it to need some padding. I highly recommend this group.

• These people did not show up. First the guy, Mark called me a day before to ask if he could reschedule to the afternoon. Then the day of the move, he texted to ask the address and I sent it to him. I picked up the Uhaul and waited, texted him about 3 times, called him about 5 times. after an hour past the time he said he would show up, he calls me back and says that he didn't have his phone on him and he couldn't get to me for ANOTHER HOUR! I told him that we had to be out and that he really put us in a bind and cost us money. I do not want to pay this man, he is a fraud. I think that had he showed up after we had loaded most of the stuff he would have been paid for all of the services while doing less than half of the work. this guy should not be on Moving Helpers.
