They were fast and got what I needed within 2 hrs. However, several of my large furniture items have scratches and gashes from transport due to how it was loaded. Thankfully I don’t have items of much value and we packed our fragile items very well.

Very nice and super quick! Only wish is that we had known they were both not hearing so I could have packed things in an order that would have been easier to communicate how we wanted things in the U box. Also I could have refreshed my basic sign language which would have helped at times. Still an excellent experience though and would higher again! We gave a cash tip.

The moving helper did not respond all day to questions. Late in the evening they informed that driving a rental truck is an extra charge. that would be much more than I wanted to spend.
