Fast but carefull movers, ask questions to verify and move things where you need it. I used them for unloading. A 26’ full if furniture and a 20’ full to the rim of Costco stakable bins. 2 hours!

These guys are THE BEST!!! Philly and his crew got everything loaded super quick and were so nice! I actually got my moving truck with the car towing trailer stuck when I tried to turn around in a cul-de-sac. It was kind of a disaster but I called Philly to see if he could help and ended up hiring him to drive the truck all the way out to Tucson, AZ with me. That’s how much I trusted this guy! He’s truly the most capable, helpful human in Los Angeles and my move wouldn’t have been possible without him and his crew. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Hire these guys, you will be in good hand. YBCM movers only completed half of the Load unload project and left me in the lurch , trying to get help to complete the move. Very selfish and unprofessional. I would never hire them again.

They were very sweet and at least got my big stuff moved, but I feel like for 2 hours they could have moved a one bedroom a lot quicker and I was left to do a lot on my own as a woman. I feel like sometimes they only took up one little item at a time instead of maximizing all of their dolly’s etc., especially because I was moving two floors up within the same building.

These guys were great to communicate with. I would recommend them IF you just need them to pack your items, or you are already COMPLETELY packed and just need them to load the truck. Unfortunately, I was still finishing packing, so I was unable to watch them load the truck. My load-in also took 3.5 hours more than I had booked (4 hours originally). On arrival to my destination, I found that the FINAL 30 percent of the truck has been loaded VERY poorly. The first 65 percent was excellent. I understand the 2 guys were very tired and it was late in the day. As a result, several of my most important items of furniture got damaged in the transport including my leather sectional, my work desk table, and a BRAND NEW dining table! If you use this company, stay with the truck load-in, and make sure - especially late in the day - that items are being packed securely and correctly. I was charged $200 for the additional 3.5 hours. I didn't like that I was paying for their 45 minutes for lunch.

This was the second time I had used this particular company. As with the last service three years ago, they did really well. They were very careful and suggested the need for a second box. They were very accurate and very gentle with all of my belongings in the packing. I would recommend them without reservation.

They went above and beyond with the unloading process. They were flexible when the arrival time changed 2 hours and were willing to begin the job at 8pm with constant communication and checking in while I was en route to the move in location. The movers were nice, professional, and efficient. They brought all the necessary equipment. I highly recommend their services.

They were by far the worst moving help we had. They texted me little before 6am saying see you at Seven-Thirty But they were late. They came at 9. They didn't communicate about the delay until we asked because they weren't there. Did not tell us about the ETA until asked. Our schedule was delayed and we missed our AT&T appointment. They were also very slow and unprofessional. Even though we provided with various materials including ratchet straps and ropes, they did not use them to secure all items. I had to do it myself. They did not even secure 2 monitors either. Lastly, even though we were the first job of the day, they reeked of strong body ordor which ringered after they left. I strongly recommend against them.

They were great!! I was able to contact them directly, and they responded quickly. They were ready whenever we were (flexible with time), because we weren't sure of the exact time of arrival of the Uboxes, which is a great during a move when things can be stressful and busy. They showed up fast and got straight to work. Brought everything in, and made sure to put things wherever we wanted. Both were respectful of our environment and kind! They worked quickly as well! Thank you Jimmy & Philly!! Also brought their own carts to move bigger boxes!

These guys were amazing! From the moment I booked them, they maintained constant contact to confirm, reaffirm, and reassure about their schedule and order details. I appreciated the text communication at all hours of the day, which made it convenient for my schedule. Even on the day of the move, they stayed in touch, letting me know when they'd arrive, and followed directions easily. Once they started moving, it was non-stop. They were really quick and efficient. My furniture was handled with care, and I was equally amazed by how they packed my U-Box container with Tetris-like precision to ensure minimal movement or damage during transition or storage. I had a two-bedroom apartment that filled 1.5 boxes, with easy access to the elevator and clear, comfortable weather. So, the conditions were quite suitable for a moving day. Overall, I highly recommend Your Best Choice Movers. I'd easily use them again!

Wow, these guys were great. They were communicative on the move day on their arrival time, and they were also able to help me move earlier in the day. They very, very carefully handled all of my items, and packed my moving truck the best I have ever seen anyone do. I had to drive three days through the mountains and I was worried about my items shifting. They really listened and tied down everything so well, nothing moved or shifted. I am so grateful. Fully recommended.

It was the best moving company service I've had in many years. Very punctual, very polite, very friendly, very handsome. And the service was highly professional. They arranged my belongings with great care. Philip managed to fit all my things into a 10x10 storage unit, even though the items were meant for a 10x15 storage unit. I am very grateful to Philip for his talent in knowing how to arrange things and the care they took. His colleague, Brian, I think that's his name, I don't remember very well. I had hired them last week to pack the furniture in prep to load truck. The truck loading was done extremely professional and they were able to fit all the items. I was impressed by the use of space and how they filled up all nook and cranies I have recommended them to other friends too.

My recent experience with these guys had both positive and negative aspects. Initially, the team showed great professionalism, efficiently handling my belongings. However, as the day progressed, their work quality declined, and some items were carelessly packed which led to many items damaged. My advice would be to disassemble some of the bigger items in advance. That way, it takes less time, and fatigue is not an issue for the loaders. I reached out to them after arriving at my new home and we did reach a compromise with some reimbursement. It does not cover the damages but we did appreciate their response and willingness to try to make things right.

These guys were AMAZING!! UHaul cancelled our delivery at the last minute and these men agreed to pick the boxes up from uhaul, deliver them, and unload them for a very reasonable price. Philly communicated within a day of my reservation. He was very friendly and informative. On the day of the move, Jimmy and Mark arrived as expected with the cheerful and fun attitude. Even though it was over 110 degrees outside, they worked hard and we had a lot of good laughs throughout the day. They handled my furniture and my belongings with caution and care, which included a 150 year old glass cabinet. We ended up working many hours past the original reservation, but they were happy to stay until the move was finished. I am definitely using this company again!

I booked movers from the UHaul Website to assist me in moving a furniture donation from the Federal Aviation Administration. I also reserved a truck and instructed them to meet me at the location at 9:00a. At 9a they texted me stating they were running late and will be there at 10a. At 10a they texted me stating that they were running late and will be there at 11a. At 11a they stopped responding to my texts and wouldn't answer my calls. I need to get reimbursed for the truck since they strung me along preventing me from getting an alternative (I can provide you a copy of the texts). The furniture donation was for my program at Dorsey High School for which I teach. it is extremely difficult to schedule/coordinate a furniture donation from a federal building. I may lose the furniture donation.
