• So, my issue is this. If you are unavailable to take business calls on Sundays then don't allow moving orders for your company to be applied for on a 24 hour issue. I am not going to chase a person I am paying for service. I called they were having lunch at 4 they said call back in a few hours I did and no one answered. So I will find someone else that has time for business.

• I was told even before I paid that the mover probably would not be able to find a worker for job. It wwas agreed with yr AZ office adviser that I should do booking anyway in case he found a worker. I am super impressed with this mover. He called me in the morning to tell me he could not find a worker and that I must cancel payment. He was coureous and very kind in his best wishes to me.

• The movers did a great job. When they were done I gave them the payment code but could not get it to work. I even called Moving Helpers and had them resend a text to me with code again. And they tried everything to get it to work, but your system failed to work. After nearly an hour of trying everything with your system. I finally paid him cash. Once again the movers did an awesome job. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone. But you need to work on improving your system.

• We are canceling this job because we scheduled the crew to help unload our truck at 1:00 pm. After an hour and a half, the crew still was not there and after four phone calls to the manager, she was struggling to get a hold of the crew and couldn't give us an estimated time of arrival. The excuse used was the weather was delaying the crew. My family however drove a their truck with a 10 foot trailer as well as the U Haul truck in the weather without difficulty. My family became impatient since they had to return the U-Haul truck as well as fly back home that next morning. My family started unloading the truck and when I called the manager again, she laughed about the situation and still had no idea what time her crew would arrive. At that point, we told her she could have her crew turn around and go home because my family already had the truck almost unloaded. I expect a full refund since no services were rendered.

• We had a U-Haul truck & trailer as well as a large storage pod. Me and All My Sons communicated in advance and were Very efficient, courteous and accommodating. So glad we hired them to ho us!

• It only took them 20 minutes to unload the whole trailer. The 2 hr minimum u-haul requires is NOT needed. I will use the company again, but I will not go through u-haul.

• I was unable to access my payment code due to unusual circumstances. They showed up and did an excellent job, so I was forced, by MY OWN DECISION to pay them in cash. I am happy. If I am informed of any punishment at all toward the men of this good and reliable company, I WILL pusueue legal action, ON MY BEHALF, because I will consider this an affront to my good will, and my need to reimburse them for services given. It will also be an affront to their good will to me, and I will also pursue the publication of any bad measures against them.
